The staff are lovely but the mobile ordering closes at 11:40pm??????? Why do that when your store is open until 1-2am. So nonsensical and inconvenient.

I went to sonic today and asked for a lemonade and they put ice and the whole lemon in it I didn’t want that so I would never go back there when that person is working again they made my whole drink wrong

I ordered a all natural lemonade and she repeated the order I said yes when I got to drink it only had a a half of a lemon I've been ordering the string for the longest and I noticed that it don't even have the lemon color to it I was playing and I was wondering why it was a dollar for the drink I'm like are you kidding me right now I kept a drink but I didn't drink it at all and horrible services

There were flies in my drink. Multiple flies. So gross.

I ordered a coke zero with cherries.

I discovered the flies after I left. I did not attempt to get a refund because I do not have the time to deal with this.

I honestly have no idea how sonic stays open at this point.

Cheyanne took my order (snagged her name off the name tag) rude for absolutely no reason. All I got was two redbull drinks and she practically threw them at me. I was nothing but chill and she had an attitude the entire time as if it was inconvenient I was even there.

Was missing multiple parts of our order. Imagine after driving 11-12 hours on the road, you leave in the dark and arrive in the dark. You’re pregnant and hungry, you go to sonic and buy a few small things for you and your husband. You get all the way to the hotel to see that there is food missing in your bag and dips missing that you paid for. We wouldn’t be upset if it wasn’t as expensive as it is and if we hadn’t had driven 12 hours ready for dinner. Super peeved.

Absolutely terrible experience here at this sonic. This all occurred around 5:00 which was a few minutes from my movie start. Firstly, my order was completely wrong and I got nothing I paid for, there was not one thing correct about my order. I asked for the SuperSonic Bacon Double Cheeseburger, I got the burger with one patty, no bacon and no cheese. I also ordered the Double Sonic Smasher with lettuce added; long story short, didn’t get the lettuce or sauce. Secondly, I always check my order before I leave a place in case anything is wrong so I found out my burgers were wrong and waited an extra few minutes for someone to come back to the window. When the lady returned I mentioned that neither of my burgers were what I asked for and for some odd reason, that really upset. She proceeded to roll her eyes, groan and then raise her voice to say “Fine, give it to me I’ll add it on there.” I don’t believe it’s wrong for me to ask for just a new burger because I like my items to be freshly prepped and not just slapped on, so I proceeded to ask if she could remake my burgers for me instead. She then proceeded to get even more upset and raise her voice to say “okay!” As I was handing over my burgers, I kid you not and without any exaggeration, this lady proceeds to snatch these two burgers out of my hand, scratching my hand along the way. When I say snatch, I mean it seemed like she put her all into it. The screen shut in the drive through so I proceed to yell, “ma’am, ma’am” when she came back she yelled at me that she wasn’t going to remake my burgers like I asked her to and that if I wanted it done I’d have to wait, I asked for a full refund for my meal and she said “give me your receipt then, I need you receipt or your not getting it and give me the bags that came with your food.” I did proceed to toss the bags in the window and drive off after she threw me my change. Luckily right across the street was Panda Express which offered a much better experience! Not only was it very clean but the workers absolutely boosted my mood by offering such efficient and kind service. This sonic experience completely transformed my day for the worst. There was a few minutes before me and a couple others were going to enjoy a movie and we thought sonic would be nice like back in the days. It definitely was not and I 100% would not recommend this. I don’t say this because my experience was terrible but because her reaction was the most unprovoked reaction! I simply feel she was just offended that my order was wrong but personally, I do want what I pay for and if anyone does choose to go, check your bag. They already were very slow with minimal customers so I don’t see why’d it be so hard to make 2 burgers; by the way it took approximately 15 minutes to even get my food so that’s what “fast food” at “sonic” gets you now and days. Wishing the best experience for the next person and I hope that worker got over what ever caused her anger, could’ve been the guy she kept talking to the whole time instead of working, respectfully.

Worst “service” I’ve ever gotten at a fast food restaurant. When I pull up to take my order I get totally ignored by the 2 girls working the window because they’re both flirting with some random guy wearing a backpack that walked up to the window with his pants hanging half way down. The girl finally puts on her headset to take my order and is still talking to the guy basically just ignoring us even though we were the only customers at the restaurant. I guess socializing & flirting with boys is more important to this locations workforce than doing their jobs. This was at 4pm on Saturday, October 18th.

They shorted us 2 cheesesticks in our order and instead of just giving us a fresh order they gave us two cheesesticks after waiting 10 mins so the other cheesesticks were not even warm.

Every time I come here as a food delivery driver, I get completely ignored by staff for 10-15+ minutes. Whether I use the drive thru or pull up into a stall. No answer, no acknowledgement whatsoever that I am here. If I pull up to the window, they ignore me or wave me off. This has happened at various Sonics 10 times or so. It is the rule, not the exception. So I either waste half an hour or more waiting on the food, or I am penalized for canceling the order, already having waste time and gas to get there, wait, and be ignored. It's unacceptable. i have no choice but to boycott picking up Sonic orders (which also penalizes me as a driver).
Just horrific service, Every. Single. Time.

Ordered the garlic butter burger with cheese tots....
It's was the worst burger I've ever had tots barely any cheese.
I was literally vomiting with a fever 45 minutes later.
It carried over till morning and I had to call in for work because I was still sick.
I feel like ya'll owe me a refund and a lost day of wages on overtime..
I will never eat at sonic again and I hope you go out of business.
I was scheduled for a 10 hour shift on overtime.
It cost me 450 in wages to eat half of your 12 dollar meal..
I hope your business to crash and burn

If you are looking for burnt food and no response from staff once you report it then come here. Sonic should send its regional management team to make this place more like Sonic around the nation. Be warned, don't come unless its for drinks because they can't burn a Route 44 Strawberry Limeade.....but they'll find a way to mess it up and take zero accountability for it.
