Horrible. Apparently I got there a few minutes after closing without knowing. There was one car in front of me and they took that person’s order, so I thought they were still open. I waited for 5 MINUTES in the drive thru and nobody could just get on the intercom and tell me you were closed? At least shut off your drive thru menu so people would know, sheesh. 👎🏼

There is a sweetheart blonde worker I have not caught her name. She makes my drink to perfection and works extremely hard. She was working last night ( the 17th of January 2025 until close) I came in later, I get coffee at night because I have headaches and chronic sicknesses that take my energy the coffee helps with a boost to end my day sometimes. I don’t like to be the person to come in late but usually people have attitude when you walk in as late as I did and she hasn’t once. She makes my drink like she cares that I leave happy even tho I’m in the wrong for coming in so late. She has one heck of a heart for that. Most food service workers will purposely sabotage u for coming In so late. I’m so glad to have come to this Starbucks and I hope Starbucks is compensating this lady right, she’s one of the reasons people come back. Because she is dang good at her job. Raise her wage , promote her idk what u gotta do but don’t lose her. One of the best service employees I have ever met.

Starbucks is my ultimate go-to and absolute addiction! Whether it’s starting my day with a perfectly crafted latte or grabbing an iced coffee for a midday pick-me-up, they never disappoint. The baristas are always friendly and accommodating, and the atmosphere is so cozy and inviting. I love how they’re always innovating with new drinks and seasonal favorites I can’t resist a good Pumpkin Spice Latte or Caramel Macchiato Those Energy refresher are a NOT! They are water down with no flavor…Starbucks is not just a coffee shop; it’s my happy place!

The cashier takes it up on herself to keep the change of your order. When I paid cash I got back an even amount. Just a 10 dollar bill. I thought that was odd and looked at my order receipt and it was, 9.49. ok so 51 cents isn't make or break but I went back around and ordered again and the total was 7.79. again I got 2.00 back. Now she has .70 extra cents in her pocket in 3 minutes. Imagine for an 8 hour shift at say 30. customers person hour. She is stealing from people subtly but nonetheless.

Very unprofessional the girl on the register points fingers at customers and gets mad at us for waiting for our drinks. I was very polite gave no attitude and I said God bless have a good day and she said get out my store which is very disrespectful because why are you mad I’m saying God bless don’t disrespect my religion.
