Horrible experience, the barista man or manager was so rude to me and wouldn’t take any instructions of what I was tryna tell him. Also he forgot to put cinnamon in my drink and then he told me next time I have to tell him before cuz it’s an up charge for cinnamon. I got cold brew pistachio which usually comes with some type of sprinkle on top but it was plain.

I have been coming to this Starbucks for years, and I’ve had such wonderful experiences with Angel! She is one the best baristas. She is constantly showing kindness, respect, compassion. Angel goes above and beyond to satisfy her customers and makes them feel as friends and family more than just a customer. She creates respectful bonds with her regulars. I come back here for her!!

I didn’t get her name, but there was a young black lady with black and purple braids that was very kind to me working at this location. I will definitely come back! She made me feel welcome and I noticed her cleaning a lot. Also my drink was good and I don’t even like coffee, so try it if you’re not a coffee person.

I’m here a few times a week in the morning and they really make a mean peppermint mocha.

Tried one from SB inside Kroger on 18Mile and it tasted like chemicals or cough syrup not sure which. Won’t make that mistake again

This is my local Starbucks and I just have to say over the past few months the service members here have gotten so MEAN! It is no longer a pleasure coming here every morning & it makes me so sad. The attitude is real, I hope whatever is making this location so pissed off is fixed soon.

Went in Sunday 08/25/2024 afternoon. The store was out of whip cream and couldn’t make cold foams either. The employee offered to do a none dairy option in place of what they are out of instead. The drink went from $6.37 to almost $9. They wanted to charge me for the alternative but they are out of the original?? My drink was a pumpkin spice iced latte that already comes with whip cream already. Since they are out of an item to make my drink, they wanted to charge me for a replacement! Had the worst customer service experience at this Starbucks location.

Hate what this place has become - the morning employees don’t know what they are doing. I order a drink that’s not a made up drink but one directly from their menu and they repeatedly get it wrong. I even show them on the app exactly what drink I am talking about and they constantly get it wrong constantly don’t care and constantly think it’s funny playing with peoples time and money
