Every time I come here it always takes 30 minutes for coffee! Just for it to be filled with a 70% ice insane!!

Its so insane that it took about an hour for picking up an order that too in drivethrough. Completely unacceptable - If you value your time, go somewhere else. This location seriously needs better management and faster service.

Every-time me and my friend come here to this Starbucks Jonathan always has the biggest smile on his face and the best customer service, even though i just come for coffee he always makes me happy because he ALWAYS has a positive energy,

Everytime I go to this Starbucks jonothan is always very friendly and welcoming and has such a great energy! I now always go to this Starbucks because of him and he always makes the drinks amazing!

Slowest drove through I’ve ever been through
I went into this Starbucks and politely asked for a small cup of ice. The workers were rude and flat-out refused unless I bought something. For such a huge company, you’d think they could show a little kindness and basic customer service. Instead, I left feeling unwelcome — and still without ice. Definitely not the friendly neighborhood coffee shop vibe they claim to have. When I had Starbucks from another location.
Love coming here it’s fast and friendly staff always on point. The spot is very cozy. One of my favorites Starbucks location

My coffee was handed through the window with a misplaced lid, which ended up spilling half of the coffee on myself and my car. No apologies, no apologies, nothing! Just handed a bunch of napkins and closed the store due to a water shutdown.
So upsetting, this is not what I expected from Starbucks

I wish there was less than a star to give for this customer service at this location.. very disappointed I ordered two drinks, and I asked for the calories through the drive-through and after the line I paid and was surprised by the amount, two drinks for this little amount!! Then I got one drink only I waited for the second one, the cashier said sorry I thought only one drink you ordered. With all respect here I said no I ordered two thats why I asked for calories... she said sorry didnt hear you NOW go back in line in the drive through to order the second one or stop your car and come to the store in order for you to have the scond drink!!!!
What? Is this how you treat you costumers?? There is 8 cars behind me and Im not getting of my car to reorder.
5 min noone accepted to take the order and she called another man who came and asked me to leave rudely because they are not taking my order ..

Do yourself a favor and drive to another Starbucks! We seem to always have issues at this Starbucks. We order online and even if we come a few minutes later than the time stated on the app, they ask us to go around no matter how long the line is. By the time, we go around and the line in front of us is done, they could have had our order ready. Just rude, they don’t want to offer solutions. I’ve been to so many locations with NO issues at all but this one seems to alway have an issue and never a solution.
