I want to specify the name: "David" who works there... he was very very kind (I can tell he's naturally very kind vibe) and supportive.. I ordered the coffee for the wrong branch for pick up, but when I explained the issue to David, he was very willing to get me the one for the service.. pardoning for possible delay due to the machine issue -> it was last week. I don't know how, but I hope this review will help him get raise or possible chance for his promotion... Thank you so much for your kindness David!

I never post bad reviews, but I've reached my breaking point. I've been to this Starbucks about 10 times at this point, and they've gotten my order wrong about 7/10 times. Today I ordered a vanilla sweet cream cold brew & they gave me a regular cold brew with no foam. In the past, they've messed up my order entirely, given me another person's order, or just made the drink poorly. Go to a different Starbucks!!!!

I just ordered from here earlier today and I'm pretty sure either they used regular milk on my order instead of coconut milk or the coconut milk is bad. I got sick from my mocha cookie crumble that I ordered. I order this drink quite frequently and it's never made me feel this ill.

Love the 2 cushioned chairs and small round table. Relaxing and enjoyable to drink coffee and look outdoors. Very comfortable.Parking: Always a space available.

Thank you, (I believe the manager) for your kindness.It was about 5:06pm today, Sunday. After such craziness getting myself together at checkout, you demonstrated such patience with me!I mean my phone fell down in the “black whole” of my car, for points and payment, my money was at the bottom of my bag! I was so unorganized…I needed COFFEE! ?You really helped make the day funny and brought on a lot of smiles and laughter. Thank you for today.

Horrifically slow. It’s insane how long it takes to service 5 cars in a drive throw. You charge 10 dollars for 2 coffee and it takes 45 minutes to get. Honestly it’s out of control. I’m making my own from here on out

I ordered ahead as I was in a touch of a rush this morning, for in-store pickup. Unfortunately, in my rush, I placed my online order at the wrong store. The folks there this morning were not only able to make my order for me, but did it very quickly so I could be on my way, they were super kind and awesome for getting my stuff made up for me quickly. My only regret is that I wish I'd had some cash to leave them as a tip c:

I was very disappointed with the service I received this morning and it was from the store Supervisor/Manger. I ordered my drink and asked for extra steamed milk which the original girl that was suppose to be making my drink said no problem, then the Supervisor jumps in and starts making my drink and then when she was finished I asked her for that on the side she said they are using it for someone else, I said but I asked for that and she said in front of all the customers you didn’t pay for that to get it, I said to her I have no problem paying for the extra steamed milk. She was very disrespectful and I believe she is racist because this is not the first time she has done this. I always go to this location and the staff that was there before was so much kinder to their customers. She has terrible customer service and she needs to be trained to serve the customers better. I pay more then $5-$6 for a drink there, I don’t care about paying extra if there was a charge for what I was requesting, all she had to do was tell me there is a charge, and I would have been more then happy to pay that.

I very disappointed and upset with the terrible service Jason gave me the last time I was there. I felt humiliated and shocked at the way I was spoken to. I have been ordering my triple shot espresso with whole milk in a venti cup over ice for over a year now and had no issues until I ran into an employee at this location named Jason. When I ordered he asked me if it was shaken and I said yes then he proceeded to tell me that I was deceiving Starbucks employees and that I can’t order that way. Mind you I had no idea about ordering a different way or what the difference was. If he would have explained in a civil and kind manner it would be no issue but he loudly stated that I was deceiving him and proceeded to give me a terrible attitude I asked him multiple times to drop it and explained that I did not know the difference and that I was just placing my order as usual. I also explained that that’s how I usually order and he mocked me by saying “yea im sureee you never ran into any issues ordering before” and lifted his brows in sarcasm. I was very embarrassed because there was people behind me and in the store that could hear what he was accusing me of. After feeling humiliated I asked Jason to speak to a manager and he said “hi that’s me”. At that point I told him I do not want the drink anymore and walked out. I called the store to get his name to speak to the district manager about it and asked him if he’s the store manager again and he told me then that he was only one of the managers but not the store manager, which he finally admitted after me asking several times. So who is deceiving now? He lied to my face and told me he’s the store manager I asked for the managers contact info and he said I can’t give that over the phone you need to walk back in to take it. At the point I felt like he was humiliating me further and for no reason. I proceeded to go down the street to the next Starbucks and explained what happened to the manager there and she told me that’s not right and gave me the business card for the district manager. I called Holly and left a voicemail which I have not heard back from. I usually don’t leave bad reviews but the whole situation completely caught me off guard and left me feeling humiliated and horrible over a coffee order. I felt attacked personally and my character was attacked and questioned. That’s not right.
