Please hire new staff. The attitudes from the current staff is ridiculous. They do not greet you until you ask for help, and have an attitude the entire time they have to do their jobs.

Terrible. My mom asked for 5 shots of espresso with 3 pumps white mocha and was given SALT. Her English isn't the best, but she went back with a screenshot order with customization and they still messed it up. Refused to remake the first drink. Charged her for a new drink just to make it incorrect, again.

Starbucks should pull the agreement with Kroger. Place was dirty, sticky and disgusting! Staff were very unfriendly. You can tell this isn’t a true Starbucks. Order ahead option was a waste of time as well.

Very dirty work space. Half eaten sandwiches behind the sale counter. The barista didn't greet me, look at me, or confirm that that she had heard me. Nothing was said to me. She took forever just to wait on me after being on her phone hiding behind the pastry counter. This was on June 24th @ 3:30pm. She was the only one working & no one else was there for her to wait on.

Today was my 2nd visit to this lacking Starbucks in FOUR YEARS and I'll never give it another chance. NO SERVICE AT ALL....stood there 10 minutes waiting for someone, while 2 employees were on their breaks....Judy needs another job ?

I love Starbucks latte. I always order the latte and enjoy it thoroughly. The people are always very friendly at Starbucks. I love going there.
Judy was there this morning 2/22. She is so extremely rude and unprofessional. I would not recommend anyone stopping at this Starbucks.

Our experience with Seairra was awesome! She had great customer service! The drinks she prepared for us was amazing which were the hot Venti Medicine Ball, and the Venti Strawberry Acai lemonade cold drink and they were perfect. The medicine Ball was not watery as it has been for me at other locations lately , and my daughter whose 11 said," her acai was amazing." She feels Seairra should get a raise!!! I agree!!
