This location is an embarrassment to the brand. Staff are always grumpy, never smile, and ignore customers while complaining to each other. Orders are slow, often wrong, and made with zero care. Understaffed, chaotic, and untrained—new faces every visit, no consistency. Why is this store even open? Train your team properly or shut it down. Starbucks deserves better—and so do we.

I don’t usually write reviews, but this Starbucks has the worst customer service. Not only did they fail to prepare my order on time, but they also gave me a sandwich with cheese when I specifically asked for one without it! Plus the attitude Will never go back!

I absolutely love this Starbucks. All the staff are fantastic. I am a daily customer and I have never ever been disappointed. They already know me by name and my order. Alessia, Brandon, Miriam, McKenzie are all great. Five star how does that sound?

This Starbucks is the only Starbucks I go to. I will never go to another Starbucks because this Starbucks has super kind staff and very quick service. The staff there know me by my name and know my drink and they actually care about me and make conversation with me. I love this Starbucks so so so much.
