I absolutely love this Starbucks. All the staff are fantastic. I am a daily customer and I have never ever been disappointed. They already know me by name and my order. Alessia, Brandon, Miriam, McKenzie are all great. Five star how does that sound?

This Starbucks is the only Starbucks I go to. I will never go to another Starbucks because this Starbucks has super kind staff and very quick service. The staff there know me by my name and know my drink and they actually care about me and make conversation with me. I love this Starbucks so so so much.

I was shocked to learn Kroger Starbucks employees cannot accept tips! These employees work hard, are always friendly, polite and helpful. If writing reviews is how they are recognized, please note you will receive a review from me at least weekly. These employees are the best!

I go to various Starbucks in the area and up North but the kind and friendly gang at the Starbucks at Kroger on 18 Mile and Dequindre are tops in customer service. Every time I’m there I (and all other customers) are greeted with a smile. They work well together and their camaraderie level is always high. I have witnessed a few times where there is complaining customers, and the Starbucks employees handle up with class trying to resolve whatever the issue is. Most complex I have witness were customer errors and not employee errors, and they still handle all situations very well.

I am a loyal customer to starbucks at many locations, this location refuses to remake any drinks or even acknowledge the customers when they are made incorrectly and are very rude about the incorrect drinks as well. I never leave reviews when it is a one off scenario but this has occurred multiple times.I really hope that someone higher up speaks to there employees and even the manager about there customer service, or at least allows them to correct there mistakes.

Terrible and rude service. Writing in place for my mother who bought couple of drinks and politely asked which drink is which because her English is limited and label abbreviations are small and confusing to her. The barista angrily replied twice with “just read the label”. It’s not hard to read the labels if you are a barista working there. I am a barista as well and this is service is not acceptable. Never returning to this Kroger and Starbucks.

Pretty sure my scones shouldn’t come like this. The girl who was working is rude and clearly doesn’t want to do her job. Drinks are made like garbage to top it all off when she makes them.
