It would be preferable if human hair were not found in their desserts, and an improvement in customer service is needed. The hair was discovered beneath the dessert slice, and the lady at the counter, instead of acknowledging the issue, justified that the hair didn't originate from the food preparation but got stuck from outside.

Well Yelp, Thanks for asking how our visit was. They asked us not to come. The lady said they don't have room in their small shoppe for our small 7 person family. So, we did not come. I have no idea about the quality. Was just trying to accommodate my niece who is lactose intolerant. Maybe someday we will try it. But it does not look to be happening anytime soon. I don't understand a shoppe owner turning people away.

After our visit, we definitely will have to come back because the food, service, and ambiance were on point. The staff was uber friendly and knowledgeable. They did not have creamer in the condiment station (red flag for me; I don't do mini moos). However, they offered to pour in real half and half for me, that they store behind the counter. The coffee was delicious, strong, and fresh.We had sugar cookies and baklava. Wonderful. The bakery cases were massive and large selection. The staff greeted us from the kitchen and walked towards the counter to help us.The seating is limited, but we were able to relax in the cozy sitting area with fireplace. Lots of light; bright, and vibrant colors.They offer ice cream too.Overall, excellent.

I had the pleasure of coming to this bakery a few times and I must say, their cakes are truly exceptional. The flavors were rich and perfectly balanced, while the texture was moist and indulgent. Not only did I thoroughly enjoy the cakes, but my guests loved them as well. I was also impressed by their customer service. They were friendly, attentive, and made a cake for me on such short notice. . Overall, this bakery exceeded my expectations and I will be visiting again.
