The guy who works here was rude and unprofessional. Took 5-10 minutes for the employee to even realize a customer had entered while not even greeting me. Not only that, he put in very poor effort in making the subs as if he did not even care about his job and appeared as if he did not want to be there. I decided not to say anything since I did not want to go through the headache of creating any conflict. Would NOT recommend this spot as the customer service here is really terrible and the food was subpar & looked old. Ya'll need to either re-train your staff or hire new ones.

The male server/cashier that worked on 03/18/24 at this subway was really disrespectful and did a pretty sloppy job of how he prepped the sandwiches I ordered. I don't know what was with his attitude as I would order respectfully, but he gave a pretty trash attitude for no apparent reason. I could even tell when I watched him spell out foul words when putting on the sauce I requested and had barely put much effort by putting minimal amount of the toppings. He even tried lying, saying my coupon was expired, telling me to pay full but, when I asked to see the coupon again, that's when he changed his mind and applied the coupon. One of the worst experiences I've had here and probably won't be visiting here again.

The lady who is almost always there completely alone is doing great and made my sub exactly how I wanted however I want to shame management for making one person at a time work day and night completely alone and shame on you people leaving low reviews on the service when she is very clearly tired with no breaks doing it all alone, rated 5 stars only for the employee Stacy, very kind and caring, working very hard with what little she’s given!

This particular location is the worst Subway in the area by far.The service is so slow, the produce is never fresh looking or properly stocked, the bread is rock hard. The music that you are stuck listening to for the 15-minute wait for your turn to order is awful.The convenient location is all it has going for it.I usually drive really far away to a clean, fresh shop when I have the time.Dodge Park Road Subway before 16 mile. It needs new management, new employees, and more than 1 person working at a time.I'm sure the poor woman in there was doing her best with what she had to work with.

The store manager Scott was one of the nicest people I’ve ever encountered in my life. If everyone was more like Scott, the world would be a better place.
I can’t even believe what they did. This subway is the worst I have ever been to. I let my kids go into the store by themselves while I was parked in front of it. My kids did not know what was going on and the worker scammed my kids. She made them pay $20 for only two 6 inches when it’s supposed to be $12-14. Even the food was really bad.
