Worst subway ever with the worst customer the girl in the window was so rude and unprofessional! I’ll never come again

Everything about the sub I got here was not good. I asked for it toasted and it was barely warm. The bread was stale. I got cucumbers, tomatoes, lettuce and pickles and they were NOT fresh or crunchy. The meat and cheese seemed ok I guess. Then I asked for a drink and she said they were out of cups. WTH?? There are like 3 other Subways within walking distance, can't you call and ask to borrow some cups? Lazy. I'll definitely choose a different Subway next time.

Only gave 1 star because it wont let me do no stars! So aside from working 6 hours and taking a lunch my sandwich was made sloppy. Couldn't even pick it up without toppings falling all over me. Beside that I was given old thick broccoli and cheese soup. Did I mention it was also COLD! Aside from everything else I couldn't even enjoy a cold drink. The fresh made tea tasted like dawn dish soap! Not ever eating here again! TRAIN YOUR STAFF. Manager was here seen it happen did not correct the situation. Bad service ever!

They didn't cook the food long enough didn't put on as much meat and shorted me a slice of cheese, was not fully cooked and then proceeded to rush me while I was the only person there. On top of that they didn't cut the sanwhich in half and when wrapping it didn't close the sandwich or seal the wrapper very dissatisfied with my visit.

Came here a few days ago after grocery shopping for a few subs. First things first. There was a new employee working (bless his heart) all by himself... didnt know where things were, didn't know what came in a kids meal, took about 25 minutes to make 2 footlongs and a kids sub. Didnt include milk or applesauce or the kids activity book for our kids meal... hardly put any meat on our subs and the bread was dry. I paid $23 for mediocre subs. Now, I understand this employee was new and it can take a while to learn everything at a new job, that is totally okay! What is not okay is that he was left alone to do this. What kind of poor management would allow a new employee to work on their own?

Subway pride themselves on neatly, freshly made sandwiches, but the workers don't think so. I paid $7 for a sloppily made sandwich. Mayo was stick to the wrap and the cheese was placed on second to last. She was like: "What? You want cheese...?" I don't know anyone who orders a sandwich without it. When she was finish sliding my sandwich through the grime, it did not look tasty and took away my appetite. What bothers me more is the service. The people act like they don't want to work. I feel like I am at their house, asking them to fix me a sandwich. And when they get out that old bread, that's been sitting there forever, my inner thought is: I gotta stop eating at Subways. I have contact Subway Corp, however, they seem to give in to unprofessionalism.
I ordered meatball sub. Meatballs where old and the bread wasn't cooked well. I got very sick few hours later!! The lady behind the desk looked like she's on drugs explaining she is very tired. I won't visit it again for sure

Went into Subway today been there several of times. Michelle and Greg were working today loved the service so I just had to call and get their names just to do this review best service I have ever had there with them thank you for the great customer service and the friendliness that you two provided meðŸ˜

Grabbed some dinner for the family on my way home- quick service - very friendly & the only bad part was the parking due to the construction of the Meijer Parking Lot - Full disclosure - Got 2 Cold Cut Combos - 1 Grilled Chicken - 1 - Ham & Turkey - all were made perfectly with a smile - made the parking lot debacle worthwhile.
