I have placed a total of 5 orders at this restaurant, and THREE of them had to be returned because they were messed up. I order the simplest thing possible to avoid the possibility of error, and they STILL cant get it right! After my first sub was messy as hell with condiments all over the wrapper I stopped ordering those and just put them on at home myself… STILL MESSED UP.

I'm was very disappointed to find out that the Italian BMT was no longer on the menu, and yall took the Italian dressing away.... Why, that was the only thing I truly enjoyed when I stopped In. Please bring it back.

I bought 2 foot-long subs here for lunch today. The meatball marinara sub was OK although the bread was obviously not fresh The crust was hard and crumbly in spots. The Rotissere-Style chicken sub was TERRIBLE. The entire roll was dry, like it had set out for at least all day today and possibly longer. There were only a very few small pieces of chicken in the sandwich. In fact, my wife originally thought that she had received a vegetarian sandwich by mistake. She said the vegetables had a slimy texture and taste. She dicarded most of them.We had placed our order through the app, and took the sandwiches home to eat. Had I opened them at the store I definitely would have returned them for a refund.I will NOT be going back to this Subway again.

It is always a pleasure working with Mary to make the best sub ever! I am only in the area once every few months or so for work and I always stop at this Subway because of Mary. Mary knows what she is doing and she is always the sweetest. She even advises me on what options to get . Subway was my first job 8 or so years ago so the way the business runs has definitely changed but Mary makes me feel like I am trying a sub for the very first time each and every time I bite into one she has made for me. The veggies are always fresh, my meat and bread are always toasted and warmed to perfection, and Mary layers all of my options on beautifully. I admit, my options can make my sub messy but only a true sandwich artist like Mary can avoid that. Thank you so much Mary! Subway is lucky to have YOU
