I placed my mobile order for a footlong flatbread chicken salad sandwich. When I arrived the order was ready and I looked in the bag and saw it was not a footlong. It was way too short, the wrapper was barely wrapped around the sandwich and no sticker sealing it. There was only one employee that I saw working there and I let them know I ordered a footlong. He told me that the sandwich was a footlong. I pulled it out of the bag and showed him. He then repeated that it was a footlong. I asked him if he thought I would honestly believe that a sandwich the size of my hand was a footlong. He then said he rolled the bread around it and that is why it was shorter. Then he told me that It was only supposed to include 4 vegetables, but that he gave me extra at no charge so I should be happy. He then walked away from the counter. I took pictures of how the sandwich was wrapped and of its size. It also was missing most of the vegetables that were supposed to be on it. The attitude was over the top. Never going back to this location.

I had a terrible experience with the Subway outlet at Walmart on Mound Road. I placed an online order for two footlong subs, and the order was confirmed. About 10 minutes later, I received a call from the staff informing me they didn’t have the bread I selected. Although I understood they might be out of stock late at night, the staff member was incredibly rude.
He told me they would only include three dressings per sub, even though I had selected multiple dressings in my order. When I expressed my concern, he rudely insisted, “This is my Subway, and I only allow three dressings per sub.” I decided to cancel my order and requested a refund.
Shockingly, he refused to cancel the order immediately, saying I had to come back the next day to pick it up. When I explained that I was hungry and needed my money back, he rudely told me to come in 10 minutes to collect my refund because he was “too busy.”
I went to the store within 10 minutes, got my money back, and left. This was by far the worst service I’ve ever experienced. The staff member’s attitude was unacceptable, and it’s disappointing to see such behavior, especially from someone of the same background as me.
I hope Subway management takes action to improve their service at this location.
I went in there with my daughter for lunch, only because we had a coupon. No customers were present there except for us. There was one employee reading a book and the other was in the back. We finally were acknowledged once the lady came out. Both employees then waited on us. I had the coupon in my hand and both employees saw it. After making my sandwiches, we went to use the coupon and then pay. They said we don't take coupons. I've seen other subways not take certain coupons, but they have it posted before you start ordering so that it's not a surprise. It was literally an additional $10 difference our order of only 2 subs because they didn't accept it. I would not be upset if this was posted or conveyed to us prior to the order. Because of the person I am, I still paid for it. I should have walked away and let them keep the subs. The location we go to just down the road accepts the coupons. I'll never use this Subway again. And from prior comments, this is not the first time people have experienced this. These employees did not have any customer service skills to even try to make my experience a smidgen better. It was a take it or leave it type of situation. Again, I will never step foot in here again.

Came there yesterday and got to foot long subs and they were great got a chicken teriyaki sandwich and I been to other sub shop in the area and it was great service and food..I see other people complaining about the food .it's a sub shop. I wouldn't go to a steakhouse in order a pizza just saying.this was the 3 time going there a there are consistent that's what I like and getting better all the time.

Food was made poorly, and sandwiches were taken off the paper before being wrapped, which caused grease to leak through and onto our stuff. Employees were very impolite and made me feel unwelcome.

It's the second time in this place. First, I got the personal pizza. It was a total waste of money. It was horrible. A frozen piece of dough that tasted freezer burned, slap a bit of cheese and a few pepperonis, place it in the toaster. Yuck. I took one bite and threw it out. Second experience was last night. 3 grumpy old men lurking around behind the counter and between all three couldn't muster up a smile. They're creepy. A young man took over my order and was very nice. I paid for my order and got a snarly look when I put no tip. I would have given the young man a tip but not to those guys in the back. There should be no question as to why there are so many poor reviews or why it's always empty. If those grouchy guys are the owners they need to reevaluate their sales plan and attitudes. Pay attention to their customers. Never again. I've never had a bad experience at a Subway before. Perhaps corporate needs to pay mind as to why this one is failing and has been for years. Craving Subway? Go down the road and avoid this place.

I went into the subway the guy didn't even give my wife enough cheese to cover the meat my wife tried to tell him he's supposed to put more cheese on the sub than that he tried to charge her more for extra cheese when he didn't put the allotted amount on in the first place. the order came out to 23 dollars and some change I was a dollar short in cash so I went to my car to get my debit card he did something on the computer to make it 26 and change when I told him that wasn't the price on the computer when I walked away he tried to come up with a bunch of excuses why the price went up from the time I went to my car and came back in. I still ended up paying a dollar more than the original cost don't go to this subway unless u like getting ripped off they price gouge like crazy

Of all the times I’ve came here to get food, today was the worst day to the point where I don’t even look at the manager the same anymore. I used to think he was this very sweet man until I the misfortune came where I didn’t have enough money on my card to pay for my food, I went back around to the service desk to ask how long it would take for my money to get back on my card hoping it had came back on immediately but the employee behind the desk said they didn’t know. I went back around to the Subway side to let the manager know to which he asked me “So I just wasted this for nothing?”, “I just wasted money?”…Seriously? As a manager running a fast food place you should always know that these things happen nor is it their fault, but you never EVER as a businessman or employee EXPRESS TO THE CUSTOMER how important money is to you or your business, obviously the customer doesn’t know that already? Highly disappointed, been coming here since it opened in walmart, never again.
