Placed an online order. Showed up 5 minutes before my scheduled pick up time, it was already finished, get home and it's cold. Not toasted, they didn't use rotisserie chicken, instead put some cubed chicken. Loaded up with a ridiculous amount of toppings but hardly any chicken. Might of been the worst subway I've ever been

Terrible service from start to finish, employees were rude and do not acknowledge you upon entering the store. The Asian guy wasn’t handling my sandwiches with respect, the bread was barely toasted. Completely ruined my appetite and experience. Go somewhere else!!

Built backwards. The food was good. Will not be back. Please listen to customers...was charged for bacon. Did not get it. Anyone else would have filed a complaint.
walked in at 7:50. didn’t know they closed at 8 but doesn’t matter. the guy working was so rude and when i asked for sides of sauce he said “oh my god” then walked away and got it. i only tipped 20% because there was another worker in there who didn’t do anything wrong and shouldn’t be punished by his attitude.

I love showing up to a subway and it’s 7:56 pm, and they tell me that they are closed. You’re supposed to be open until 8:00 pm. I understand it was last minute but seriously, even your clock on the wall didn’t say 8:00 pm.

Went her today one girl working by herself line out the door this young lady kept moving I think her name was ebony she was amazing I wanted to jump in back and help her she was smiling apologized to each person for the wait but she was fast and efficient and had a great personality also was doing online orders people need to be more caring when they see one worker doing everything to keep the line flowing and still has a great personality this young lady definitely has great work ethic something u don’t see much anymore ty ebony this was at 17 mile dodge park location
