Amazing service, very clean, and employees are very nice especially the worker daniella, she’s very respectful and kind. She makes all her sandwiches with love and makes me want to get a sub from that subway only!

I and my husband made a purchase last night for veggie subway. We ordered Italian herb and cheese bread with american cheese, vegetables ( tomatoes, cucumber, spinach, bell paper, olive and lettuce) and sauce. When my husband went in the store to pick up our order, the order was ready and the staff told him that they were out of Italian herb and cheese bread so they used a different bread . Moreover, when we reached home and ready to eat , we found out that they made a subway with different bread with lettuce, bell paper and olives without any sauce, tomatoes, cucumber and Jalapeno . First of all , if they were out of the order for anything, they suppose to update online so customers won’t order from that place and secondly, the staff suppose to give at least a courtesy call letting us know that they were out of the bread, veggies and sauce so we could cancel our order and get it from somewhere else. Very poor service by the staff.. Never going to order again..

the asian guy with the buzz and glasses was the rudest employee i have ever met. right when i walked in, he started talking to me like i was dumb, mumbled, and got frustrated when i asked him to repeat himself. literally the rudest person ever for the fact that they had absolutely no customers.

I ordered Grubhub through this specific subway and I ordered a meatball sub however I received a note on my receipt saying that they were out of meatballs, so they subbed the meat for steak, which would’ve been fine, but then they added a bunch of vegetables onto it without even attempting to contact me and then when I proceeded to try to call the storeI got no answer

Placed an online order. Showed up 5 minutes before my scheduled pick up time, it was already finished, get home and it's cold. Not toasted, they didn't use rotisserie chicken, instead put some cubed chicken. Loaded up with a ridiculous amount of toppings but hardly any chicken. Might of been the worst subway I've ever been

Terrible service from start to finish, employees were rude and do not acknowledge you upon entering the store. The Asian guy wasn’t handling my sandwiches with respect, the bread was barely toasted. Completely ruined my appetite and experience. Go somewhere else!!

Food was good but a new employee trying to make food...I understand he was new but the training/ coaching needs a revisit, he was primarily on his own & was not making the sandwiches to spec. My wife's had the wrong meat on it
Customer service was very basic and not friendly, also sub was not made correctly, I ordered a number 10 and didn't get double cheese and also was denied the veggies and sauces I wanted on my sub. I have never heard of seen that before at sub-way.
