walked in at 7:50. didn’t know they closed at 8 but doesn’t matter. the guy working was so rude and when i asked for sides of sauce he said “oh my god” then walked away and got it. i only tipped 20% because there was another worker in there who didn’t do anything wrong and shouldn’t be punished by his attitude.

I love showing up to a subway and it’s 7:56 pm, and they tell me that they are closed. You’re supposed to be open until 8:00 pm. I understand it was last minute but seriously, even your clock on the wall didn’t say 8:00 pm.

Went her today one girl working by herself line out the door this young lady kept moving I think her name was ebony she was amazing I wanted to jump in back and help her she was smiling apologized to each person for the wait but she was fast and efficient and had a great personality also was doing online orders people need to be more caring when they see one worker doing everything to keep the line flowing and still has a great personality this young lady definitely has great work ethic something u don’t see much anymore ty ebony this was at 17 mile dodge park location
Very unorganized business at this location. Got our online order wrong. Seemed to not understand how there own system of ordering works. Out of meatballs at 4:00 pm? Dinner time is just starting and they had not even heated up a new batch of meatballs.

The wheat bread was soft and tasty! I haven't been here in quite awhile and was so glad the bread was fresh. The cookies were great as well. I was a little disappointed that they no longer served iced tea.
Lady working had trouble walking clearly, but as she cut the sandwiches she pushed down on the bread with her full weight. Who does that? No one wants a smashed sandwich.

Went in on a Saturday ( 10 /15) at 2 PM, there were multiple workers and only 4 people in line . As soon as I walked in they barked out they were closed . I needed subs for 5. No biggie, took my money to Jimmy John’s but who misses out on money at that time of day on a Saturday? Do better and have better customer service than the teens in there.
