Nate took the time to carefully prepare my sandwich exactly the way I wanted it, paying attention to every detail with care and professionalism. I had an extremely frustrating experience with Subway today. I placed an online order, only to have it canceled multiple times without any explanation or notification. When I called the store to find out why, I was told that they were out of key ingredients like tuna, rotisserie chicken, and steak—basic items that should always be available at Subway. To make matters worse, when I tried to place a different order, they refused, saying they were closing at 8 PM. However, both the app and the store’s posted hours clearly stated they were open until 9 PM on Wednesdays. This lack of communication and disregard for their own hours was incredibly disappointing. I expected better from a chain like Subway.
