Very bad service, they don’t accept coupons from the company. The sandwich is foot long but looks smaller than other locations and they don’t fill it. Never visit them again

What a waste of money and time. Do not go to this Subway location. Just lousy service and it's very consistent at all times of the day.Today, I placed an online order asking for sauce on the side and guess what I got! Photos for proof ?

So trash. I placed an online order and when i arrived about 10 minutes later i was told that I would have to wait a little longer which was totally fine. However, they did not end up having the bread I chose for one of my 2 sandwiches so I had to choose a different type. Also for that sandwich it was supposed to be toasted. The lady working continued to put vegetables on it without toasting it and I kindly told her that my mobile order said that one is toasted. She began to pick the toppings off with her hands and throw them on the counter and across the kitchen while yelling at me and telling me that I am the reason why she wants to quit her job and that im wasting all those toppings and food. Then she finally gave me the food after about 15 minutes of waiting inside. I ended up asking for a refund bc i didnt want to be supporting this business but wasnt given one. I contacted headquarters and they did nothing about it. Go to Jimmy Johns instead...

Loved this subway. But just waited 30 minutes for a mobile order. 2 people working. The girl was working her butt off and doing a great job while the older gentleman sat there and watched her. Absolutely ridiculous. Will go to the subway down the street from now

I don’t frequently leave reviews, but I had an outstanding experience in store today. Alhan made my sandwich today and she was so nice! To be honest, I was having a little bit of a rough day, and even though it was only a brief interaction, Alhan made my day that much better, though I don’t know Alhan, she treated me with genuine interest and care. She was smiling and laughing and talking to me, she seemed happy to be there and to talk to me, like we were old friends. I will come back just for the amazing service I received. Thank you Alhan for making my day just a little bit better.

I came here for a 2 footlong subs for $13 coupon I had. The subs I chose were Turkey and the other tuna and both were made fresh with plenty of veggies. The lady who made them was really nice. I’ll always come here for subs. I know my reviews will be the first one to appear when you Google this subway that’s why I took the time to write this review.

I’m constantly coming to this Subway and their hours are always changing. Tonight it was a handwritten note on the door stating they were closing at 7:00 despite Google and their website stating 9:00. I’m done with this Subway. Last time I was here the sub was colder than usual. So much for it being convenient and close to my house if it’s consistently closed.

Tried 1 of the new subs that are being advertised everywhere. Was good - didn't really notice any difference from the old fashioned cold cut combo - except for the price- nearly $10. Friendly employees. On the downside- outside windows- completely filthy - !

SO IRRIATED WITH THE SERVICE AT THIS LOCATION!!!!!!!!!I went in to get 3 footlong and had a coupon for $17.99 the subs were made and they denied my coupon stated the subs I ordered I could not use the coupon I felt as though this may have been a racial issue since all the other customers were Arabic and received a discount and me being white did not even attempt to accept my coupon!!!The coupon literately stated what subs were not included so why was the all american club unable to be purchased when it clearly stated on the coupon NO CALI SUBS, FRESH MELTS FOOTLONG PRO WRAPS NEW MOZZ MEAT AND NEW SUPREME MEATS THIS IS LISTED AS A CLUB AND IT IS NOT ONE OF THE EXCLUSIONS!!!!!!!!!!!! Please tell me subway what did you do with my 3 subs since you denied my purchase???? take it home and fed you families?????? while mine was starving????? waiting for their food and then had to wait even longer because I went to another restaurant. NEVER WILL WE BE BACK!!!!!! RACIST PLACE!!!!!!!!!!!!
