The lady working night shift is very nice and makes a great sandwich,, i don't understand the reason why the owner is raising the prices of the sandwiches when the cost of gas and everything else is going down. I think she is money gouging out of the customers and ripping off her own employees by not paying them enough

My son used the Subway app, paid for a sandwich and used a coupon on 12/19/24. He was not aware that it was inside of a Chrysler truck plant and was not able to go in and get his sandwich past the gate, because he was not an employee. He called Subway multiple times and no one answered and he was so upset: not only did he lose his coupon, but he also lost his money, $9; and never got his lunch. How does this happen??? I would love for someone from the place to reach out... his name is Dylan. I just don't know who even sees these reviews and would be able to help get his money back at the very least.

I was told to use floor cleaner to wash dishes I got the message on my phone sent it to my mom and sister than was fired after I didn't use the floor cleaner to wash the dishes i asked if i could use the hand soap and my Manger TEXTS ME AND SAID USE THE FLOOR CLEANER PLEASE DONT GOT TO THE STORE ON VAN DYKE AND

This has got to be one of the cleanest stores i have ever been in. I was there during lunch and while they had plenty of guests the place was spotless

The wait is unreal if you try using the drive thru. Drive thru screen no longer works but no one answers when you press the call button. Under staffed. If you don’t leave a tip they make your sandwich shitty. Bread looks balled up. Only good location is on dodge park.

Walked out while preparing my sandwich.. between the ones bad attitude, not even greeting me and bickering with the the other one about the fact I did not say Italian herb and told me only had white or wheat and mumbled something under her breath while the other one was taking care of a carryout and more helpful and friendly and actually told me the Italian was not cooked yet than one I was dealing with . Do better. If u hate ur job don't take it out on ur customers.

Ordered a sub on the app. Was sent a message saying it was being made. Got to the store and checked in for curbside. After waiting 10-15 minutes I tried to go in but store was locked because it was under construction. I then proceeded to the drive thru window where I was told they will start making the sandwich. Because of how long I had to wait now I was late for work and couldn’t wait any longer. Asked them to cancel my order but as of sept. 27th still no refund.

The owner is price gouging their customers. Independently owned and charging the most expensive price they can. Paid 17.00 for a sub that I get at the other location for 13.00. Going to the other location from now on
