My son used the Subway app, paid for a sandwich and used a coupon on 12/19/24. He was not aware that it was inside of a Chrysler truck plant and was not able to go in and get his sandwich past the gate, because he was not an employee. He called Subway multiple times and no one answered and he was so upset: not only did he lose his coupon, but he also lost his money, $9; and never got his lunch. How does this happen??? I would love for someone from the place to reach out... his name is Dylan. I just don't know who even sees these reviews and would be able to help get his money back at the very least.

This is the worst subway I have ever been to. It’s convenient but the lady on days is rude and she hides in the back so she won’t have to serve you. It takes forever to get your food and by the time the food is complete your break time is over!!!!! I would rate this place a ZERO!!!!!

Unreal subs were all incorrect. Paid for extra cheese got no cheese. The prices are a lot higher at this location. Just shut this place down

I'd give 0 stars if I could. I placed a mobile order not knowing this place was in a factory. I just got out of work and was hungry. Why the hell are mobile orders open to the public if the public can't even access the restaurant??? You need a badge to get in since it's a factory. I called six times and the calls never went through. I'm out $50 and two hours of my time trying to find this Subway. I would like my $50 back but that probably won't happen because they'll make up a stupid excuse as to why I can't have a refund even though I couldn't GET MY FOOD.

Worst service and sandwich ever! Waited for one car in front of me for 10 minutes, submited my order and was told by the guy that my choice of bred was not available, I said ok, he came back in couple minutes that he found my choice of bred, I was watching him make the sandwich wich was footlong turkey club, he was reading all the time from my bill and instructions how to make a sandwich. He went back to the store 3 times, each time changing his gloves. After about 6-7 minutes my sandwich was made and he shoved me kepad to put his tip in, I never paid tip in fast food restaurant! I paid and drove away. At hom I tried to eat this thing and all I could taste was as bread and cheese! The 4 slices of turkey was so thin you could see through it! This is for over15 dollars!!! I will NEVER buy another Subway! Hope you go out of business!!! Wha a ripoff!!!

Saturday 12/2 3am they completely messed up my order for my vip client. Ordered a sub with vegetables and more toppings ham clearly on the digital screen. All I got was a plain ham cheese sandwich no toppings If this matter is not handled the athletes agent will be contacting corporate and so will I.

Customers waiting for service and the lady is working in the back unboxing stock, when I yelled "somebody here?" she replied I'm busy here. I guess they customers don't mean anything to them, ended up leaving not buying anything from this place.

This location is inside Sterling Heights Assembly Plant. There is always 1 person working the register and making food orders which is unsanitary with gloves on. The management Never considers the employees only have a 10 minute break. By the time you wait in line to order your break is over. Prices are Extremely Higher than outside locations. Something needs to be done to improve on the customer service as well as the food that sits out and is not covered up and has frost on the silver containers.

when ordering online it does not specify it is a plant subway so i placed an order but do not have access to the plant so i lost my money and didn’t even get my sandwiches i was basically robbed i called the number multiple times and it rings and rings but no one ever picks up
