The WORSE. The disrespect towards paying customers are unacceptable. You stand in line for 10 minutes or more without anyone acknowledging you, then when the customers speak up about ordering they comes to only tell you that they are not taking orders you have to wait.

The manager with the blue hair so rude and disrespectful and needs to be fired I’ll never order here again until she’s fired the way she talked to me and handled me and my food with the up most disrespectful is unacceptable I asked for someone better to service me and she then started to yell at me and said she’s the manager and nobody over her this is insane

I asked for a tuna foot long combo. I wanted soup and a large drink. It came to $24. I asked what each thing costed. The soup was $4.30ish, the drink was $4.30ish, and the other $15 was the sandwich. I said to cancel the sandwich and give me just the soup and a medium drink for roughly $9. A few minutes later, I noticed on the menu board a 6-inch tuna combo for $7!!!! I could have gotten two whole combos, which would have given me my footlong, for $14!!!! And nobody even made the suggestion!!!! But they were perfectly fine with selling me a footlong for $15!!!! I didn't like that at all.

Saturday 12/2 they completely messed up this order for my vip client. Ordered a sub with vegetables and more toppings ham clearly on the digital screen. All I got was a plain ham cheese sandwich no toppings

My son used the Subway app, paid for a sandwich and used a coupon on 12/19/24. He was not aware that it was inside of a Chrysler truck plant and was not able to go in and get his sandwich past the gate, because he was not an employee. He called Subway multiple times and no one answered and he was so upset: not only did he lose his coupon, but he also lost his money, $9; and never got his lunch. How does this happen??? I would love for someone from the place to reach out... his name is Dylan. I just don't know who even sees these reviews and would be able to help get his money back at the very least.
This is the worst subway I have ever been to. It’s convenient but the lady on days is rude and she hides in the back so she won’t have to serve you. It takes forever to get your food and by the time the food is complete your break time is over!!!!! I would rate this place a ZERO!!!!!

I'd give 0 stars if I could. I placed a mobile order not knowing this place was in a factory. I just got out of work and was hungry. Why the hell are mobile orders open to the public if the public can't even access the restaurant??? You need a badge to get in since it's a factory. I called six times and the calls never went through. I'm out $50 and two hours of my time trying to find this Subway. I would like my $50 back but that probably won't happen because they'll make up a stupid excuse as to why I can't have a refund even though I couldn't GET MY FOOD.
