While the food is a 7/10, and the customer service can be anywhere from a 3 to a 10/10, the look and cleanliness of most of the subways I've been to has generally been a 5/10. Most of these establishments are just dated and cheap looking. And just because they are a fast food spot doesn't mean they cant look a bit nicer. Hello Wendy's, McDonalds, taco bell and Arbys have all gone through major renovations to make them visually appealing and modern. But not subway....
