I have placed an order from PALM SWEETS, to try the delicious, tasty baklava everyone recommended when I asked. Baklava is super fresh, juicy and filled with pistachios. I live all the way in California, and the customer service I received was incredible. Thank you Khalid so much! You are the best!

This place was awful. The 2 crepes that we ordered were made differently from the same guy. One crepe was super hard. They didn't have bananas or whip cream for the crepes. NO WHIP CREAM!!!' They were drenched in chocolate syrup. Why advertise crepes if you don't have all the ingredients as shown on your menu. $15 for a nasty crepe. The cakes were hard and stale, nothing special about the cakes. I ordered a cappuccino, it was awful. It tasted like hot water. My friends stated that their hot drinks were also disgusting. We trashed everything we ordered. All three of spent $20 each. Save your money and go elsewhere.

They have really a bad customer services especially when you call them about shipping any order. My advice is do not order anything from them. I am really disappointed.
The employee over there they are unprofessional at all They need to change the whole staff. They are very rude disrespect. I don't know where is the owner she doesn't watch them. I don't know why they hire a very cheap employee as far as dessert is the best dessert no one can bet them just the employer, they need to either change them, or talk to them to be more professional with customer and if one of the owner hast to be there to watch them, they never there

Worse customer service ever. I went twice. First time few months ago I felt the lady who was taking my order was very mad at me and I don't know why, I got my order and literally left very unsatisfied. Next time yesterday I was standing in line for about half an hour waiting for someone to take my order then the lady skipped me and helped two men apparently she knows and was laughing and joking with them all the time and ignored me completely, I left the line and came back when it was less crowded, she told me with ignorance to just be patient and wait. Very bad attitude as if we were begging not buying. I came from another state to enjoy some ethnic sweet but left without buying. Will never come back again.

I will never go there again The quality of the baklava wasn't that great. The top layer was dark. brownish, I got 10 pieces they were $43 next time. I will go to shatila which is always consistent with the quality of everything, they have I know we have inflation but flour sugar butter didn't go up that muchThank you palm

Very bad service, I was standing waiting on my turn and I was next , the lady looked at me and went to the couple after me .. when the lady in front told her I was next she didn't like it .. very bad attitude for a first timer going in I would never go back there due to the rude customer service .. when hiring ppl you should first know if they going to greet ppl with respect
