Lord have Mercy on this restaurant. I was tired and hungry and didn’t want to cook. Stopped at Taco Bell by Meijer’s in Sterling Heights. Purchased new steak taco, two taco supremes and the picture of the strips looked so irresistible I had to try them. Girl who took my cash was ok but didn’t Wow me. I don’t think mgrs teach customer service to their team like when I was managing restaurants in this industry. But she was polite. As I got my order and proceeded to leave, I had to wait for traffic to clear, so I reached in my bag to get a hot and fresh chicken strip. But that’s not what I got out of the box. The chicken strips looked like they died twice! I immediately backed up, went in and requested a refund. I’m very disappointed, sad, and mad. Why doesn’t anyone care. And to whomever made and bagged my order shame on you! Please ask yourself.. Would you eat this?

Rude and unprofessional workers refused to accept EBT, made me come inside just to be rude, and gave the excuse that they couldn’t accept it because of the government shutdown. I went to the Taco Bell at 50835 Van Dyke in Shelby Township right after, and they accepted it with no issue and treated me with a great attitude. Don’t come here if you want good customer service. It was the two female workers on shift at 6:51 PM on Monday.

The staff consistently demonstrates exceptional friendliness. The food is invariably fresh, even during peak business periods. Service remains prompt and efficient, even when demand is high. I highly recommend this establishment 💯

Didn’t even give me the chance to order, I rode a scooter in the driveway and they flat out refused to serve me. I work at subway during the midnight shift, this one in particular a 5pm-9am shift which totals out to around 16 hours so eating subway just isn't what i want. working the night shift sucks but I try to be as accommodating to my customers as possible. No one else was in the drive thru why not let me order at the window it’s so easy. Too the guy that turned me away i hope you remain loveless.

Got the window closed on me as I asked for sauce. Waited a full 5 minutes for the guy to come back only to have him look me dead in the face as he dropped the wrong sauce in my bag and closed the window again.

We went through the drive-thru after a concert on Saturday night and right after we ordered, my engine began overheating. After we parked and figured out what was going on, we went into talk with the staff. Everyone was so kind and helpful, as we left it there overnight. Both times, the manager on-duty was incredibly nice and offered help in any way they could. Props to them.

Ordered nacho bellgrande minus beans extra beef. So guess to the workers means no beef. Maybe got teaspoon sure not the extra that I paid 95 cents for. Disappointed. Tried calling no answer
