The dumbest people works there, i did an online order by the time i got there, they told me their online orders not working, after canceling my order there at the spot and trying to place an order through the drive thru, they told me only accepting online orders. this location employees and managers are the most rude people you can speak to.

Came here to pick up a DoorDash order around 1am. No one answered the speaker. When I pulled around I saw a worker sitting in the back. Called the store multiple times. No one answered. Do not come here!!

This restaurant doesn’t even deserve a star. I visited this location Wednesday January 22, 25 to grab something quick after work. Pulling up to the location, the woman on pa announced “we’re only accepting cards and we’re not frying anything”… I placed my normal order which was 3x Nacho Cheese Doritos Locos Taco at 11:47pm.
Around 1am Thursday January 23, 25, I noticed a little discomfort, thinking maybe it’s because I haven’t had any fast food in a while. In my sleep that discomfort was still there. 4am I’m running to the bathroom with continuous diarrhea and vomiting. Later realizing I’m experiencing food poisoning. Throughout the day I experienced soreness, fluctuating in body temperature and still diarrhea. If anyone has experienced anything similar to this from this restaurant or any other place, please contact your city’s health department.

Do not go to this Taco Bell’s the customer service is horrible the cashier April is very rude every visit and my last visit they forgot my taco sauce so I waited at the window she rudely said what do you want I told her never mind and it turned into her screaming out the window making vulgar remarks I got a potato roller and the the potatoes are rock hard it was horrible I will be calling corporate

The kitchen staff on 12/5/24 around 4:50pm were the absolute BEST. The best Taco Bell I’ve had in my life. I was contemplating going back through the drive thru to thank them. They loaded the items up properly, and made it the best they could. The drive thru cashier was also a nice guy, did forget napkins but he was still a very nice guy and I overlooked it due to the quality of the kitchen. Thank you Taco Bell 14 mile

Worst taco bell ever. Do not order from the app, they will tell you they are not taking orders even if the mobile app allows it. They were all just sitting in the lobby eating and chatting. They just told me to get a refund from the app. I was like how do I do that? The guy in the drive through said I don't know just do it through the app.

If i could,, I'd give NEGATIVE stars or none.. Pulled into drive thru a bit ago and the girl working the speaker was rude, condescending and rushing. No one was even behind us in the drive thru and she was acting like we were holding up the line. I will NEVER go back to this TB and I would NEVER recommend anyone going there. Customer service sucks and the girl was unprofessional. I wonder when this location will close, seeing how they weren't even busy and they couldn't even give good customer service.
