Horrible staff, mopping the floor. Then takes my order, without even washing hands. Gives me my drink, makes my food then it gets lost. Had me wait 10min to make a new order, they were thinking the food would come back. Really bad staff

Staff is friendly. I think every time I have been, they mess up my order but always fix it. Did find a hair in my food last time though .
Overpriced location because it's in a mall. Runs out of stuff all the time. Workers will chat with each other in the middle of taking your order. Once had a girl realize it was time for her shift to end and walked off in the middle of taking my order and someone else had to take over! I was only ordering drinks!

NEVER EVER GO TO TACO BELL, I bit into a burrito and a roach was in it. Didn't even bother calling because all they can do is give me something and act sorry!
