BOWL&WRAP is the best Egyptian restaurant! The food is super tasty, fresh, and full of flavor. You can really tell they use quality ingredients. The place is also very clean, which makes the whole experience even better. Quick service, great taste, and spotless environment — exactly what you want from a fast-casual spot. Ordered through doordash, I said no tomatoes, they put tomatoes... Second time, I called to order, the worker there was so much in a hurry and rushed my order which ended up wrong. third time and last time, i ordered which was today, I got a nasty bowl with a piece of long HAIR sticking out. I feel scammed out of money for nasty food, let alone veggies are always mushed and old. the rice was clumped up togother like it was their first attempt as a fast food place to cook rice, everything was on warmers which reminded me of school lunches where everything is warmed up and not fresh. But i will say the price is good for the quality they provide.
EDIT: search my name again and refund me directly to my card, I'm not going to argue about how many times you messed up my order, its a real shame for a restaurant to talk like that. own up to it, you just lost a customer that once enjoyed the food. unfortunately it has declined especially when you don't care about the cleanliness of the food, these restaurants now only care about money and where they can benefit most, no customer care whatsoever.

Man hands down the best spot around. I was definitely thrown off from some other spots. My mom told me to try this place out and I can’t stop going. They literally have me in the meanest chokehold and I refuse to fight back. I’m literally writing this review while in Bowl and Wrap. My fav order is Chicken Shawarma, minus garlic sauce or light garlic sauce, add feta , fries and spicy ranch and you’re doing it BIG! I wish I could post pictures but I waste no time devouring ANY food from these guys man.

The food is good but PACKAGE YOUR FOOD BETTER!! I keep receiving my orders and the hummus isn’t wrapped leaving oil all over everything in the bag. This time the oil ruined my desk mat.
Update: They took this review and fixed the issue. A testament to good food and service.

Amazing food! Ignore any bad reviews on this place. Genuinely you have to be a ungrateful snob to hate on this place. I get the best tasting and biggest bowl out of any food establishment here. There's definitely a wow factor when it comes to price, size, and variety.
