I placed an online order here and when I arrived they were not open. They need to update their hours and close online ordering if they are closed.

Placed an order to this place online. They were not there when I went to pick up although their store hours indicate that they were supposed to be opened. I tried calling twice and no one answered. This used to be a good place. I will not return.
If I could give this place a negative rating I would. One star is being too generous. Upon walking in today we noticed the floors were sticky, sat our table which was also sticky. Felt a couple other tables since all were empty and all were sticky. Put our infant in the high chair with a cover and used baby wipes to clean the table. No matter how hard I scrubbed the stickiness wouldn’t go away but rather, black dirt covered all of the baby wipes. Ended up using our son’s blanket as a table cloth, which was then tossed in the trash on our way out.I didn’t eat but my husband took a bite of his pho and said it was less than appetizing. We ended up paying the bill, over $40, and leaving. We told the woman working the table was sticky and showed her the baby wipes to which she flippantly replied, sorry, and walked away. It was as if she knew the table and floors were dirty.Highly suggest you go elsewhere than this dump. If the outside dining area, what is visible to customers, is this dirty I don’t want to imagine what the kitchen looks like.
Tried this place today first time I got pad Thai med heat they forgot the nuts on top kinda sucked, but for med heat it was more like zero heat and not alot of flavor. Don't want to beat you up but it was really disappointing that bums me out because there

The food at Pho King is so good! It came out right away and was hot with fresh vegetables. I also appreciated the amount of meat served in the dish.
Showed up one day to find the name and menu had changed. I was some what pleasantly surprised they added more vietnamese items to the menu. One of my favorite dishes of all time is vietnamese vermicelli noodles - usually shrimp or tofu. They didn't have those options so I tried the chicken. It was good. The chicken, unexpectedly was flavored with curry. It was surprisingly good. The spring rolls had ground... I amd guessing... chicken. I didn't really like that. The dish didn't seem to have any mint or basil. That's why I'm giving them 4 stars instead of 5. I am planning to go back to b try the drunken noodle and pad thai. I'll let you know how I like it.

From what I've heard the place is apparently under new ownership and has incorporated Vietnamese dishes into the menu (used to be Thai King). I can't comment on the Vietnamese dishes but for the Thai food at least the quality seems to have gone down quite a bit. It was previously my favorite Thai place near home.I got my usual Massaman curry and the dinner portion container was barely half full (used to be nearly to the top) and the curry was thin and watery and a much lighter color than it used to be. The chicken was also seemingly overcooked, it was chewy and not as tender as it used to be. Flavor-wise it tasted ok but was nothing compared to how it used to be. The Thai Iced Tea also just tastes like lightly flavored milk now.Overall, it's not like anything was inedible it's just very middle of the road Thai food now. I'll be looking around for a new Thai place in the area, thankfully Sterling Heights is spoiled for choice in that department.
The food is the best Thai food I cant complain. Always get same order every time . Never complained ever . Tried calling them and they blocked my number !!!Called from different phone and the guy laughed.Taking my business elsewhere , so sad because they are my favorite restaurant.
First time back since the new owners took over, I give them three stars out of five, I ordered basil fried rice, except it wasn't a good size meal for almost $14, it looked like an appetizer size meal to me, for a big guy like myself it was not as satisfying meal, but the service and food was pretty good.
Very friendly! Food was very saucy if you're looking for that! Not much chicken at all in my noodles and I usually share an order and it was a smaller portion than other places. It definitely had flavor unlike most places

Recommended here for the crab Rangoon and they didn’t disappoint! We also got the tom yum soup, which we loved, but the pad Thai was pretty middle of the road for me. The spice scale is pretty normalized - if you can take a little heat, medium will be just fine for you. Service was friendly!
I've eaten here twice and they over spiced my order and held me up during my lunch break both times.I can't say the food is bad,but I couldn't enjoy it and I was not happy calling way ahead and arriving on time to be held up anyway. Also like what seems to be a lot of thi restaurants, pricey.
Chicken Pad Thai from Thai King is probably the best I've ever had and I've eaten at a lot of thai places. The soup is pretty good. I wasn't a big fan of the spring rolls but lets be honest, I go for the Pad Thai. If that's your thing, you gotten eat here.
Found out about this place about a year ago and have never even bothered to go to any other Thai place. Had Sy-Thai bc Thai King was closed and with respect it was NASTY in comparison. The Kow Pad with medium spice is absolutely SMACKIN. Staff is incredibly friendly and I love giving them my business. Also sometimes they put stuff on the TV, gives a real homey/welcoming vibe to the place
I always judge a place by how good the crab Rangoon are and words cannot describe how amazing the food here is!! Not to mention the shrimp pad Thai was fresh and delicious!!
