I would like to thank Daily Dozen at the 15 Mile store and Noelle who SAVED my daughter’s grad party yesterday! I ordered 8 dozen another shop closer to me who “forgot” about my order when I went to pick it up after confirming twice. The customer service was awful and I left in tears. I remembered a coworker of mine who is a loyal customer to the Daily Dozen and remembered how good the donuts were. I pulled it up online to see where the closest location was. My son and I came into Daily Dozen this morning, after realizing our usual place was closed on Sunday. I had no idea you guys existed and was shocked to hear how long you have been at this location. My four kids said your donuts are the best and that your our new favorite donut shop. Yum! Thank you!
I had a very pleasant experience there this morning. I was unsure of what dozen donuts I wanted and asked if they would just pick. The assortment was perfect. Everyone should come here.
