The absolute worst Tim Hortons you could ever choose to go to. The manager Hilda has no self respect and no customer service skills, speaking to her is like speaking to an uncivilized human being that has been taught no etiquette whatsoever, not sure who decided to pick this individual for a management position, reported her and her employee to corporate for their lack of respect and derogatory language. When an employee makes something wrong a customer has absolutely every right to ask for it to be remade without having to tolerate a childish huffing and puffing from an employee especially when they’re being asked respectfully, but this individual actually rolls their eyes and acts as though you’ve asked them to jump a hurdle. Iced capps are not hard to make they shouldn’t be too full of syrup nor should they be too full of cream she clearly is incompetent and has not been properly trained by her manager; regardless this type of behavior shouldn’t be allowed in an establishment that offers any kind of service. I’ll be sure to tell everyone I know not to go this location so they won’t have to tolerate such disgusting behavior.

This is hands down the worst Tim Hortons location with the most rude employees. Everyone here needs to take a customer service course and maybe an attitude check as well. Treating customers in the disgusting manner that you guys do is absolutely horrible. Manager and employees. I’ll never visit this location again.

Stopped in to this Tim Hortons for a quick bite. Really wish we didn't. My wife wanted a bagel with cheese, she asked for a Jalapeno cheddar bagel and the kid looks at her like she has 2 heads and says what bagels do you have? He states only a cheese bagel, my wife says fine I'll take that. I ordered a chicken chipotle wrap, with a bag of chips. He ask what kind of drink, I said you have Coke Zero? The kid said no.... I said what do you have for diet, we have nothing. I said then I'll have a water. The kid literally gave me a cup of tap water, I said are you fricken kidding me. As we were waiting my wife notice there is a tray of assorted bagels in the back. We said to the other lady working, maybe you need to train your workers to know what's available... We told the lady what the kid said, she laughs and says sorry. Never again will instep into that Tim Hortons. Disappointing.....

Placed an order through app today since it showed location open on app. Went to drive through at 7:30am to pick up but no communication at drive through speaker. Drove around to drive through window and saw that no body in the store, lights are off, location is not even open. Tims app was nice enough to charge credit card for location that is not even open. Will not be retuning to Tim Hortons anymore. Will be calling CC to charge back to Tims for taking $ for not providing service.

When i come in the morning they are almost never open when they say so i stopped even trying. Came in the late morning to get some donuts for the guys and then when i get to window they say 10 min for them after i had paid and gotten drinks and waited 2 min. They tell me to pull around front. Then i do after telling them i wouldn’t have ordered if i knew originally. I come in after 6 min and they say they thought i left (after doing exactly what they said). Still waiting while i write this……. It’s been 25 min
