For some reason I always have to wait an extra 30 minutes when I place an order online for a hot latte… so 45-60 minutes in total. I place the order online for a reason, so it will be ready by the time or close to when I arrive. But it takes longer it seems like. I’m very disappointed in this. Just decided to go back to Starbucks that’s across the street.

I read many reviews and was surprised by the negative comments about the service. Based on my experience, I only started liking Tim Hortons coffee because of this place. The service is excellent and fast, and the entire staff is wonderful. I see them working very hard, especially the girl who takes orders at the window. Today, I was eager to know her name, and she said it was Sana. She's truly amazing and always smiling. I personally love this place, and it deserves more than 5 stars.

Do not go here to use the bathroom unless you want to be constantly harassed by the employee with the drug problem. She will constantly try to open the door on you. Double check the lock to make sure it's locked. Most of the time I go here to use the bathroom, someone tries to open the door (no knocking just try to open it). Today, I found out it was the employee. Won't be returning. Trying to open the door 7 times in less than 10 minutes is absolutely insane. She tried to lie and say she did it that many times because I was in there for over an hr. I was in there for 20 minutes max, with 12 of those minutes being on purpose because of the constant harassing. When I came back with actual numbers because I timed her, she changed it to a nonexistent line with no customers. Smh. Drugs should not be done on the clock.

This is one of the worst Tim Hortons that I've ever been to I love Tim Hortons And I go there every morning before work I never had a Tim Hortons mess up something so simple as my coffee numerous times One time I took it to another Tim Hortons and said hey does this look like it evens got cream in it they said no there's no cream in there always order the same thing and they seem to keep messing it up today I went inside and I felt like the lady made it too quick I should have tasted it before I left but this coffee only has cream I asked for sugar as well and a shot of vanilla they're less than a mile away from me I passed them everyday but it looks like I'll be passing them and not buying from them anymore and going all the way to the one on 12 Mile and mound since I passed that and they're the ones who seem to correct their mistake every time

Nobody acknowledged i was at the drive through speaker until I spoke up, I ordered the breakfast burrito and an extra large coffee. The coffee was great as always but the food was terrible. I order breakfast from tims often but this time was the worst of all times. The burrito was very cold and the hash brown was hard and tasted 3 days old. I'm sure the doughnuts are great but if you offer a full breakfast menu put some effort in making it taste good and at least be fresh.

I was here yesterday around 8 am. The lady at the window went above and beyond with the service and treated me very well. Her name is Sana and I will be coming back here just for her. It is a completely different service I have ever received on the best level more then I can explain.

It's my first time in here, I ordered a number 11 combo. I told the cashier that I needed my combo to be very well done. When I asked the lady to reheat my hash brown, or to make my sandwich crispier. She said she was too busy and she has a line. Service sucks, hash brown was very stale, and my sandwich was very soggy. Very rude ladies work there. Don't come here, ever! I just wasted $10

Bad service I was try order some donut coffee I was inside the lap. They keep me waiting more than 15 minute waiting they keep back-and-forth in front of me. Nobody ask me I keep telling them hello anybody help me they said we have to have the drive-through first. I think we are Customer too. It was drive-through or inside the lap😡
