I’m have given this location many of chances to get my order right. It’s a very simple order medium vanilla iced coffee. They continue to get it wrong EVERY TIME!!!!! They add way too much cream and it tastes like watered down creamer. I will NEVER go back to Tim Hortons! Get better staff!

They threw the chocolate covered donuts right on top of my hash browns. This is truly pathetic and unacceptable. Who hires these kind of idiots? They completely ruined my Thanksgiving.

If I can give this place a 0 they would of got it many times by now. Waited over 15 minutes for such a small order of simple 4 coffee (that was cold) and season Halloween Tim bits.. I was a walk in and the staff mate helping me would walk away to help the drive through not fair at all and unprofessional. My time and money is valuable. And this location continues to provide poor service.

May be I shouldn't have given this experience a one star. I ordered a turkey bacon sandwich that also came with cheddar cheese. I thought the sandwich would have been hot. I mean only a deli should be serving cold sandwiches. But two each as own I guess. A nice hot sandwich on toasted bread would of been nice. Plus with the thick cuts of cheddar cheese it would of had a nice cheese pull. Further insult was the cold bacon. May I should of read the menu and asked for a hot sandwich. My fought for assuming it would be hot. My opinion may not matter in this case cause I had higher expectations. But for a $10 sandwich I'm pretty sure it should of been hot lol
