they make really good matcha, but every time I order, the cup is never filled to the top. I’ve asked them multiple times to fix it, and they always say they will but nothing changes. the taste is good, but I wouldn’t recommend getting drinks—especially matcha—from here unless you want to spend money on something that’s gone in about four sips.

We were passing by and went in here because kids wanted some donut but staff is unfriendly, tables were dirty and to top it all the bathrooms were locked. No wonder why there literally was 1 person sitting in the entire shop. There other Tim Hortons less than a mile away which I would rather drive to.

Walked in this morning no greeting hello one young lady at the counter working with her back to me . She was replacing fluid diligently . When she saw me she was very pleasant. While the other 4 woman were eating a dessert behind the counter all took a look at me separately over my two minute stand at the counter. No reply no effort to help. I would hv walked out if it weren't for the pleasant demeanor of the first young lady. As I stood waiting another customer walked in and she stated yesterday they were all on the ph. I won't be returning.

The last two times I purchased coffee, it tasted burnt. The coffee is burned so The owner should have the machine checked by a technician or consider replacing it, as it seems to be malfunctioning

I use to come here all the tome since its close but I WILL NEVER SUPPORT THEM AGAIN. They gave me an undercooked sandwhich. The meat was undercooked as well as the egg. The bread was hard. It was so gritty on the first bite. $10 down the drain.

This location was one of the best locations in Sterling Heights today I was waiting for 20 minutes on the drive-through yesterday. I got a coffee with no sugar just cream the drive-through girl she was very rude
So today was my second visit here and it was just about the same as my first visit. We ordered the egg and cheese on a croissant and everything was just like warm nothing was hot. The croissant tasted old. They didn't have a restroom which was a downfall. Customer service is ok but could be better. The most important thing in this place is the place is nice but it's very dirty and not organized. Tables and chairs are just all over the place. Crumbs on the floor, tables and chairs. Dead flies on the window sills. I hope the management addresses these issues!

Went to go get coffee on Sunday August 17th at 6:50 am in the morning and the doors are locked and they are only worrying about drive-thru. They're supposed to be open at 5:00 a.m. and there are plenty of staff in there to work. What is with Tim Hortons lately you have Tim Hortons not opening their lobbies other Tim Hortons closing two hours early. Corporate needs to start paying attention more to these Tim Hortons because they are altering the hours and operations as they want to and that is unprofessional.(Update) Went back at 8:30 the doors were finally open then they blocked the bathrooms so people can't go in and claim they are cleaning them. Why didn't they clean them when the lobby was closed for over 3 hours? 'Attention' corporate this is not just this Tim Hortons

Wow. Just wow. This location HAS GONE down HILL. I got a $4 drink thinking it’s gonna look like the menu. Nope. They didn’t care to inform me that it would just be juice lol. Not a refresher what so EVER!!! And quite literally the croissants I get at Kroger are way more fresh. This had no crisp or crunch or fluffy to it. Atleast my daughter ate her donut holes.
