Very disappointing! Something is very off about this place. The people were so nice yet my 3 lattes, 1 vanilla and 2 chi were absolutely disgusting. You could smell the chi powered and it smelled liked it tasted. We tossed all 3 at the door. We walked from the register to the garbage. Even the new coconut cream donut had zero flavor. $15 wasted

I love to stop at Tim Hortons on the way to work, but at this location the service is so bad!! Do they speak english? The only worker that knows what she is doing is the African American lady. If I deal with any of the other workers, they don't understand English or speak English? and the order is always wrong.!

The place so dirty and when I said that to staff they were so horrible even scream on my face and said we dont need your money and dont come again. They didn’t respect anyone even the manager instead to listen she started scream. I never recommended this dirty place. I put some photos I took.

If you want anything don't go inside or you'll never get it. Went inside 7 people are behind the counter 2 were just standing by donuts having discussios, one person is getting their order and 2 cars in the drive thru and I got completely ignored. Wouldn't take my order I just stood around for so long until I couldn't take it anymore and left. Whole staff should be fired that was just ridiculous!

Horrible staff orders are constantly incorrect. I ordered was told after sitting for 10 mins the machine was down and it would be 5 more minutes I asked for a refund the cashier walked away and never came back I pulled off left without my drink only the discover the bagel I received was incorrect on top of the aforementioned ordeal

11/5/24 today me and my sister went to this location for some coffee. The workers are very friendly and kind and very helpful. This location is very clean and organized.
The worst Tim Horton ever been to bad service asked for latte the Machine was broken as for bathroom they had it locked as for some ice water no water we ordered to everything bagel one with butter one with cream cheese. They gave them both with butter , dry hash brown. My son want to get extra creamer for the coffee she snapped she thought he was asking her for the bathroom and she said no we’re not opening the door. I honestly don’t know how they’re still in business never again

Tim Hortons everywhere has a reputation. This location not allowing their restrooms for customers. They are keeping it closed to the customers and at the same time opening for their staffs only. Feels really bad about this kind of discrimination ☹️

They give me cool milk latte with weird taste . I'm going to another location because the manager doesn't know how to treat customers.
