They locked the door as I was walking in to get a coffee on one day, It was literally 5 minutes to opening and the door was already unlocked! Then on another day they ignored me at the drive-thru because they were not open yet.....it was 2 minutes to opening and they just acted like I was not there.These ladies are the worst for customer service.

Say in the drive thru, and the line kept moving forward, so went straight to the window. They refused to take my order because there was a line behind me. Woman, with the headset on, said I was free to park, get out of my car, and come in. I should have shut my car off and held the whole darn line up until I was served, but I chose to take the loss send to to Starbucks. Welcome home to Michigan Aye.

Well, this place miss alot of cleaning, the restrooms are so dirty, the seats are dirt, the tables never get clean (after customers) are all stains, dead bugs on the windows, beside old fashion place.

This location used to be one of my favorites but boy has it gone downhill. The last 3 times I have showed up an hour before close and they are magically out of everything ...apparently they have no donuts no coffee no cold brews nothing if you go an hour before close.News flash: you are obligated to serve customers up until closing time. Lying to customers and saying you are out of everything on the menu simply because you don't want to work is disgusting.Whoever is the manager at this establishment needs to step up and retrain their employees...but to be honest management probably had major issues too.It should also be noted that when the people decide to do their jobs they are really slow. This location used to be one of the best. It used to be clean, efficient, had polite/hardworking staff, etc etc. It has gone sooo downhill within the past year. Utter disappointment.So sick of these people who work at these businesses within Sterling Heights. You can't just pack up and leave early or stop working while the business is still open. If a customet places an order you make the drinks/food. Stop lying to customers. Get off your lazy butts and earn your paycheck. This Tim Horton's is just one business in a line of businesses within the area that has continuously displayed these habits and I am so sick of it.

Stopped here about 10 am to grab a donut. When I walked in, there were two people ahead of me, both DoorDash drivers it turns out. The first left 10 seconds later. Then the woman working the register walked away without assisting the second. There were three people standing at the drive-up window talking (there were NO drive-thru customers the entire time I was there), one in the back (the door was open) on a tablet, and one walking repeatedly back and forth between the back and the drive-thru area.After a long minute the original woman returned to the register, asked if the customer in front of me was DoorDash then about 15 seconds later, went to get his order. When he left, she walked away again. By the time she returned - and not a single other person even looked at the area the entire time I was there - I had been there over 5 minutes. There were 3 other people behind me when I finally was able to order my lonely donut. Took me less time to eat it than it did to order it!Amazing to see a place fully staffed, too bad at least 4 of the 6 there were blissfully unaware that they were AT WORK.At least the donut was delicious.Parking: Parking on both sides of the store.

Yesterday I go to get a breakfast sandwich and they forget to put meat and egg on the sandwich. All I got was bread and cheese, and my hashbrown was cold.They did replace it the next morning not without attitude. Whatever happened to customer service?

The women here are prejudice. Also I brought my own cup, said I'd like 4 shots so , she said large 3 extra shots, I said we'll how many expresso shot in large mngr says 4, the speak their native language, Pakistan I think, then mngr again says 4, my vanilla flavor was bot added, and when I asked for a large coffee after the sale bc I brought my own cup yet silver measure cups not enough had to use a disposable cup, so I said I'll take coffee in so it gets used twice. She walks away I pay other worker who was eager to take my money , then lady cones back saying you need to pay holds latte receipt up I said I paid ask co worker and my coworker happened to come in witness ro this, I said since you did this I want my receipt for it like acromg like I didn't pay. Very racist and prejudice women here treating other women especially white with prejudice will not go back

Poor Customer Service. Waited in lobby for 15 Minutes for a breakfast sandwich. No other customers waiting. Female staff was observed making food orders without gloves for drive thru ?. Male staff at drive thru grabbed multiple donuts/muffins without gloves. Very unsanitary and customers should be made aware of staff making food orders without gloves! Not one person washed their hands during my wait in the lobby.
