Ordered 3 hashbrowns and they seemed way over cooked and stale, coffee was fine but drive-thru also slow and it seemed as if there was not many customers. I'm a tim Hortons fanatic and I was highly disappointed in this location

Tim Hortons this place is the worst place so dirty. It’s so nasty people have long hair they’re not wearing hair net hair is falling on the food. They’re not wearing gloves they’re not even washing their hands and the floor is so dirty and it’s so nasty and health service needs to check this place.

I don't understand how this particular location seems to be in struggleville compared to most TH locations. I've never gotten an incorrect order at the other locations, but have had 3 here. I've had cashiers give me half my order and then ignore me while helping customers to the point of my food getting cold, etc. luckily, you can go about 2 minutes up Hayes and get taken care of very well

Order is always wrong, my husband forgot get we avoid this lotion and stopped there and it is the same every time.
You will receive old coffee and a cold stale bagel that is uneatable, employees seem irritated when ordering or asking for a correction on their mistake. Avoid this location at all cost, it is actual trash.

Very slow at drive thru 3 of my 4 items were incorrect. No matter what Tim Hortons locations you go to it’s like taking a gamble with the menu items. You never know what you’ll get!! Unbelievable that this company is still in business. BTW. I will NOT fill out a form on your website- totally useless!
NEVER have doughnuts ready. Everytime I ask what time the doughnuts are supposed to ready I’m told a different time everytime. I’ve never heard of a place not selling something they heavily advertise when they open. I work early and want to stop and get doughnuts and coffees for me and my coworkers and they can NEVER fulfill what I actually want to order and half the time the drink orders are incorrect or horrible tasting! Besides the extremely nice lady at the window I couldn’t say a single good thing about this location.

Was very busy! I absolutely love their Iced Caps and birthday cake Tim Bits. Wish they'd come back with the jelly and custard f illed ones. Those were 100% divine!! They got my order messed up, but offered to refund what I didn't order.... but figured, hey what's another 20 Tim Bits hurt!!
