Wish I could give this place 0 starts. When I was there this lady who I’m guessing is the manager who looks like a child was so rude to her employees. She was calling them slow and other names I won’t repeat and just yelling at them in front of customers which is absolutely disgusting behavior from a manager. I hope she gets talked to and fired, no one deserves to be treated that way those poor employees are going to need therapy after working there. Never coming here again

Whoever was working yesterday morning around 6/6:30 am (woman, dark hair) was a true gem! I had placed a pick up order from Krispy Kreme across the street - I don't know if it was weather related, but the entire place was shut down and the phone just kept ringing. I called this Tim Horton's, told them the situation (I was running late and had a big order), and within 2 minutes I was paid, packed and back in the car on my way. Excellent service!!!! This employee deserves some recognition!

I was so suprise that there is a tim hortons here!! My husband and I went to hobby lobby and saw tims. We stopped for a coffee. I like how big the inside is and done up it is.

I ordered a large Chili, they didn’t have Chili, I then ordered a Chicken Panini, they didn’t have chicken 😳, changed to steak, ordered a large Coke, no fountain drinks bottle was offered, I changed to a strawberry plus flavor Refresher, and two Vanilla CREAM doughnuts. Out of this order that total $19 and change the drink was weak, watery, the doughnuts had custard in the middle instead of cream, and the Panini and the chips were tasty.
Was missing items from my door dash so I called the store. The employees and manager were very kind and offered to replace my missing items. The food I did receive was hot, fresh, and tasty.

Absolutely disgusting customer service!!! The manager was the only polite one. The girls at the drive through have zero customer service skills. The ruddiest tim hortons experience I’ve ever had. This place won’t be running for too long if you keep these type of workers.
