Whoever was working yesterday morning around 6/6:30 am (woman, dark hair) was a true gem! I had placed a pick up order from Krispy Kreme across the street - I don't know if it was weather related, but the entire place was shut down and the phone just kept ringing. I called this Tim Horton's, told them the situation (I was running late and had a big order), and within 2 minutes I was paid, packed and back in the car on my way. Excellent service!!!! Came here with a big group. They did an amazing job. They were polite, kind they weren’t overwhelmed with all of us here. The coffee was great and everybody had a wonderful experience! Thank you!!

I ordered a large Chili, they didn’t have Chili, I then ordered a Chicken Panini, they didn’t have chicken 😳, changed to steak, ordered a large Coke, no fountain drinks bottle was offered, I changed to a strawberry plus flavor Refresher, and two Vanilla CREAM doughnuts. Out of this order that total $19 and change the drink was weak, watery, the doughnuts had custard in the middle instead of cream, and the Panini and the chips were tasty.
