I love tropical smoothie but this location is the worst experience. I've been there a few times just to give it a chance but every time I go there it's a awful experience.the Food is not good.the Shakes are not made properly. Staff is very unfriendly That's my personal experience with this place. I will never visit this location again

Its changing. Used to be great but you end up waiting in drive thru lane forever now. Had to knock on the window for my 2nd drink. I dont think they have enough staff at peak hours. But, the smoothies are still wonderful!😋

They steal your order points here! Got a smoothie at 3pm and tried to add my reward points at 11pm only to receive a msg saying they have already been redeemed by someone else. SMH who else has my receipt besides me? Very weird, won’t be going back to this location.

Their wraps have like 2 standard spoon sized pieces of chicken in the entire wrap AND workers hair

Mildly concerned with the quality and food safety of this location. A large piece of rubber/plastic was blended directly into the smoothie. Seems like something that should’ve not been so easily overlooked.

The employees at this location were really kind and helpful. They were super busy around closing time, but still accommodated us by bringing our pickup order out to our car.

The smoothie was bland, and they forgot the chicken in my quesodilla despite charging me more than other locations for the same order. If possible, I'd recommend going to a different location.

OK i gotta be honest the smoothie was boooomb like detox island green with no mango sub blueberries and add honey is my go to and they made it the best. BUT I ordered the supergreen SALAD and they gave me a supergreen WRAP. And listen i don't blame them bc I worked at tropical smoothie and SL and WP with supergreen is sometimes hard to read but they weren't busy. Nothing wrong talking to your coworkers but pls PAY ATTENTION and actually care for customers instead ignore them for ur coworkers

No one was at the drive thru speaker so we had to pull up to the window where it took minutes to get acknowledged. We were charged for 3 drinks when we only ordered 2 then they only gave us 2 which were wrong. Both smoothies were mid at best. Really awful experience.

Extremely disappointed in this location. The smoothies tasted nothing similar to what I’ve had at several other locations. Beach bum had no hint of chocolate and watermelon mojito was only watermelon when there’s supposed to be some mint, strawberry, and lime. Made a mobile order, showed up at the pickup time. Waited 10 mins and still nothing, asked where it was and was given attitude saying it was being prepared. Waited another 15 mins before another staff member asked if I’d been helped in which she bagged up the order that had been ready for a few minutes. Was going to dine in but decided to leave due to not feeling clean. This location gives off an awful impression of the company.
