Tropical Smoothie Cafe

Grabbed a PB Premium smoothie after the gym and it was exactly what I needed. Super creamy, filling, and tasted fresh. The staff was quick, and the store was very clean. Definitely coming back!

Went through the drive through and asked for no added sugar due to an allergy. I asked again at the window to verify it still happen. Please avoid this location, employees are rude as well and waste $8.

We try to avoid this location when we can. Their wait times in drive through are always extremely long. We just ordered a smoothie and a quesadilla, receipt on the smoothie says 1:51 and we just finally pulled off at 2:05. And while i understand short staff or other things, this is a recurring issue at this store.

I love tropical smoothie but this location is the worst experience. I've been there a few times just to give it a chance but every time I go there it's a awful experience.the Food is not good.the Shakes are not made properly. Staff is very unfriendly That's my personal experience with this place. I will never visit this location again

Its changing. Used to be great but you end up waiting in drive thru lane forever now. Had to knock on the window for my 2nd drink. I dont think they have enough staff at peak hours. But, the smoothies are still wonderful!😋

They steal your order points here! Got a smoothie at 3pm and tried to add my reward points at 11pm only to receive a msg saying they have already been redeemed by someone else. SMH who else has my receipt besides me? Very weird, won’t be going back to this location.
