Whoever was working the drive thru on 12/22/24 at 8:40pm has the etiquette of a 5 year old with a dirty atittude. I'm sorry, are we bothering you while you search through your phone on Tik Tok like a mindless doughnut, not really containing any information. Sorry little girl, boohoo the world doesnt owe you anything. Cry about it

Absolutely love the Chia banana boost and the Baja chicken wrap my absolute favorite. I could eat it about two days a week love it.

Don't eat here, their staff does not understand basic food safety and you risk getting sick then they get an attitude for calling them out on it!!!

I was inside waiting patiently for my smoothie when I witnessed a staff member innocently drop some lids on the floor while her back was turned. The smoothie making area has many staff members walking there and the floor gets wet and messy. The same staff member took some of the lids and threw them out but took the others, which also touched the floor, and put them immediately onto a couple of smoothies heading out the drive through window. I tried to alert the staff that they were on the floor and they shouldn't use those lids. The staff member in question immediately got an attitude with me and the manager (or so she was acting like) told me I "wasn't going to argue with the staff". I calmly informed her of the problem and she told the staff member to re make the smoothies. The staff member got mad and gave me additional attitude after.

8/8/23: Currently waiting in the drive thru line right now and at the window, and it's going on 17 minutes since I received my change but no chicken quesadilla. That's all I ordered. No one has come back to the window to apologize for the wait or even give a heads up when it'll be done. 4 employees all chit chatting right now. All while I was trying to make eye contact to see how much longer. What did they do? Just looked at me and continue talking amongst each other. I understand that it takes time to cook an order. But almost 20 min for 1 item?? Without even a heads up or a consideration for your customers that are now piling up that looks to be about 4 cars back. When I got here I was the only one in the drive thru line. Unbelievable.

This is the worst tropical smoothie i have even been to came here 8/30 around 3:10 pm and i ordered the jalapeño corn and chicken bacon ranch there was barley any chicken on my wrap and the corn was like 1/4 of a cup. I asked for more and he told me to call Corporate. Very rude.

I literally bought a “combo meal” my sandwich came with 2 pieces of turkey, 1 piece of lettuce chopped up, and a line of ranch. Such horrible food service and the turkey was discolored.

Went through the drive through and got a pomegranate plunge, the smoothie was so thick and icy and they gave me an edible strawberry straw I couldn’t even drink out of, went to take the lid off to drink it and there was little pieces of plastic in my smoothie, I hope the girl that made my drink has a better day because the smoothie was horrible:( mind you I was so nice to her the whole time and she was rushing me and calling me ma’am every other sentence she said, God bless these workers.

Slowest service ever takes 20 to 30 minutes every time I’m there for a smoothie and yogurt bowl. Tried to go inside even longer!

3rd time door dash has got me if you can not pick up your food or smoothie do not order door dash you will get someone who doesnt understand simple directions, I sent gps screen shot of where I was and was told I don’t understand, their taking my food back to the store

I love Tropical Smoothie and we go frequently. This was a one time experience at this location and we won't be back. The server had an attitude, I did not get a receipt and worst of all, I ordered NO turbinado and it absolutely had sugar. In fact, it was so horribly sweet, it was undrinkable.
This location was just BAD.

Dietary restrictions: Usually good, except at this location. Van Dyke and 16 Mile Rd in Sterling Heights.
