hi, I go to tropical smoothie very often and I have to say this is my least favorite store. i work close to this location and usually place an online order on my lunch break and go to pick it up. today I go to pick it up and the door is locked so I go to the drive-through and the line was long and extremely slow, so I ended up waiting for 30 minutes to get an order that was placed 20 minutes prior. it was around 8:05 when i placed this order and i arrived around 8:25. i did not leave until 8:55 so i wasted my whole meal period in line for an order that should’ve been easy to pick up. as a customer service manager in retail and previous foh restaurant manager, i understand pre-closing but u shouldn’t be half closed w doors locked 30-40 mins before close its a bit much, especially if employees can’t handle getting the drive thru served quickly. after my long wait i received a half cooked quesadilla, looks like they put it in the microwave. very disappointed and am considering not coming back.

Service is great for is good but I’ve spent too much money on smoothies almost every week and the smoothies don’t even be smoothies they are literally watery not thick like a soothe should be

We ordered 4 smoothies and it's one of there popular smoothies and it's been like 25 min and we still haven't gotten them and they aren't very talkative the smoothies were good it just took really long
I had a dasher not give me my smoothie, only my sandwich. This locations service was excellent in helping me get my problem resolved. The person I spoke to on the phone was a very helpful young man. He needs a raise, whoever he is. Top notch. This happened December 30th, 2023 at 5:03 pm. I hope he gets some acknowledgement, I wish I got his name.Vegetarian options: I was able to order a wrap without the meat easily, good enough for me.

Love the food but unfortunately every location I go too, the staff is sooo rude.
Absolutely a joke. Worst attitude I've ever experienced from someone.Why do people even work here if they're not going to do their job? Mobile ordered my food for pick up, 30 mins go by & my ONE food item still isn't done & there isn't a single other customer here except me. What the hell is going on?I work in customer service, you don't treat customers this way. Fire these "workers".
