Awesome food

The door was locked in the middle of the day. The employees told me to go through the drive thru, just laziness, smh! The employees need to be properly trained to give great customer service and for that I decided to spend my money somewhere else.

My favorite sub shop!

Highway robbery for a jumbo. Will NEVER go back to this location. $4.50 extra for what, a couple pieces of lunch meat? First pic is a jumbo grilled ham and cheese, second is non-jumbo of same. 3rd pic is the overall jumbo. You can't tell me $15 for this is justified when jersey mikes or jimmy johns exist. Even other tubbys locations don't upcharge as much for the sub and make a better one.

Poorly run. Employees are ver unprofessional. It’s ok I guess it’s par for the fast food course.

I ordered a steak cheese and mushroom large,15 dollars. They forgot the mushrooms and sub is skinny not much meat or cheese. Too expensive for them to forget things that you paid for on the sandwich.

Service is always excellent and food is great. However, It was shocking to learn that pricing for a 3ft party sub was $30 more at this location than a neighboring Tubby's.

Have been a fan of Tubbys since I was a kid. Can't remember a time when I was disappointed by the food. Unfortunately, it's turning into a place where the working class can no longer afford to eat there regularly in the name of saving some money and getting decent food. Got a regular tubbys famous and mac and cheese bites with a drink for $20. If you eat here 1-2 times a week, then you could end up spending upwards of $160 a month, if not more, depending on what you get. And that's just for 1 person. Imagine having to feed a family.... I can go to the sushi restaurant down the street and get almost twice the amount of food for less than $15 and it's much healthier. Will regretfully have to stop visiting tubbys at often as I'd like

for 2 items = 6 ft jumbo ( more meat cheese ) difference is 4 dollars from reg 6 ft plain steak and cheese no vegetables no special bread one was asked for mayo tubby sauce and steak sauce. other was tubby sauce which I received 1 in container in bag that's it nothing else my total was $32.07 I questioned it as I live in city that has a tubby inside another store about 15 miles from me this one was by where I was working on food truck at pickleball event and my parter had a craving and he had never tried tubbys in lifetime of 43 years so I got him one at my location which is unreal the difference the inside lobby of store that sells other items I get 2 jumbo steak and cheese and mayo and steak sauce and tubbys sauce for 22 .00 they are larger more meat and if I don't want jumbo it's 9.00 also can have peppers onions and all above for 9.00 as well . the location here only does drive thru there is no one allowed inside to oversee a thing even windows are frosty ? unreal the gouging at that location and shameful

Bread tastes awful. That's all you seem to get is bread, very little meat or cheese. Lobby still closed since covid. Claim they don't have enough employees. It's hard to go with a group of people from work. Prices went up quality went down. Not the tubby's, I remember

I do not know his name but the guy that is often there at the drive thru is incredible, we've been going here for years and have never once had any errors.
