This is hands down the best Tubbys I've ever been to. The staff is so friendly it's unreal. I'm so thankful this is the closest one to where I live, if it wasn't I would still drive out of my way to come to this one.

Everything got pretty expensive over the last 4 years. Can get better quality at Art & Jakes and elsewhere at a lower price. Regardless, had to order the pepper steak and cheese with double meat to make the sub half decent like it used to be back in the day.
Food is good but $$$. Serving was great and everything except price was better than subway.

This is honestly the best mushroom, steak, and cheese sub I’ve ever had! I’ve had multiple Tubby’s locations and by far this is the best one I’ve been too. The guy at the register was very polite and the chef sure knows how to make a sandwich. I highly recommend this place. Thank you!
