No service what so ever waited in drive thru watched as workers just watched me and continued to ignore me as I was honking in drive thru

My food wasn’t hot. The burger was no flavor like they put no salt on it. Nuggets was hard and cold fries were cold. I also ordered the best spicy Ghost pepper sandwich and there’s no bacon on my sandwich the spicy chicken was not fresh I asked for it to be fresh it takes 6 min to cook. My Sprite taste Carbonated I ask for another drink. I just threw my food away I was passing by on my way from work love to far to take it back I learned my lesson on I will not eat here again

Every time I come on my way to work around 9pm my food be cold. Tonight I asked them to remake the fries and they did but then as I pulled off I went to grab a nugget and that was old and cold. I will not be back

Slowest drive through line I’ve ever been in and they put curbs on both sides of the drive through lane so your are TRAPPED there

If you have to choose to eat here or starve id rather starve. Food is always cold, they always forget sauces, never fully scoop your fries. I don’t think the people that work there are trained or know how to talk to people or actually put an order together. All around a bad Wendy’s

I only write bad reviews hoping for improvements. I placed a mobile order which means ahead of time. Drive thru line was kind of busy but for a fast food it was way too long. I ended up waiting in line for almost 40 mins in a narrow one way drive thru. By the time I got to the window, my baby was crying, my food was not ready, he made our drinks first, then WENT TO GO MAKE our 3 sandwiches with bare hands/ horrible! At least wash your hands, but regardless in a busy place like this they should be wearing gloves. Also there were 4 workers/boys that I can see! I couldn’t believe how disgusting our food was, one gentlemen did apologize for the wait. At that point I wanted to actually say something but I had my baby with me. We did not eat our food except the nuggets. They were lucky I didn’t come back! Please have better attitude and work ethics. Better time management and better team work.

The dining room was dirty. The floor was extremely sticky. There was food between the cushions on the long bench seat. The chairs had crumbs. The tables looked like they were cleaned with a dirty rag and the parking lot was full of trash
