I absolutely love the staff here but I hate to say it the manager there is absolutely terrible I live right down the road and I go up there often, however tonight my sister and I were in the drive through at 733 pm and a women with a half pony tail was screaming so loud from the back of the store I could hear it in the drive through! Screaming at a man with part of an arm SHE WAS GETTING IN HIS FACE SCREAMING AT HIM THIS IS NOT IDEAL FOR 16 bucks an hour i will be calling corporate and the store tomorrow as well completely unprofessional I should’ve said something but i did not want to make it worse ANYONE WHO DOESNT TREAT A HARDWORKER LIKE A PERSON SHOILDNT BE IN MANAGEMENT POSITION THEY SHOULD BE TERMINATED and he was doing his job you could clearly see this was workplace harassment

Atmosphere got 3 stars because I went through the drive thru and let's just say it is poorly designed whoever designed that drive through either has a serious dislike for trick owners or just forgot about us trick owners when I do go back I will be certain to NOT use the drive thru as it is nowhere near truck friendly

The manager... I'm not sure her name I should have taken it down, and the employee who was a young man who had a little longer red hair, treated me so remarkably well. They expedited my order, helped me with my app and the coupons that were available. I would rarely review one of my fast food stops because they are so few and far between, but these people were exceptional and I greatly appreciate them. Definitely wanted to share that.

Absolutely the worst , There's vomit by the front door which none of the employees seemed to careless ,The server tried to rip me off charged me $22.00 for two small fries a single burger and a double burger, It was 6:30 and the place was empty , The service was just terrible you could tell the manager just wanted to throw in the towel , When I got home the order was completely wrong, Hopefully this place will close soon and another business will take over.

Ordered for our business, about 8 meals total. Buns were hard, tasted ‘old’ if that makes sense. Missing drinks and sides, and a fair few condiments on multiple burgers.

Blackheart Lives

This is a strange weird little store. The drive thru was very narrow and hard to find. The food was pretty good, but the service was really slow. Just one car in front of me, and I only ordered a potato and biscuit breakfast sandwich. The car ahead of me waited about 5 minutes. I waited an additional 3 to 4 minutes after they left. So I waited 8.to 9 minutes on the drive thru line very early in the morning. That seems excessive to me. However the food was hot, and fresh, and pretty tasty overall.

Not sure why they call it fast food when you wait in line just to order and it takes about 25 minutes to get up there and then when you order another 25 minutes that's like you might as well go sit down at a fucking restaurant and get some real food. Employees don't even use the parking lot correctly.

What a disaster this place is ? Waited a crazy long time to order and even longer to get our food. Three people working in the whole place!!! Shame on management, if you can not service your customers, close your doors!!!
