I'm not normally a basher but they were not taking orders through the drive threw went in and staff acted like they don't car. I tried different pop and every flavor was disgusting

Trash place. Food is good but service sucks. Went today at 8pm and they were not helping anyone. Doors locked and no one tending to the drive thru. They were just hanging out ignoring everyone.

Usually have good service at this location but last time I went at night the guy at the drive thru was rude... no one was in front of me or behind. I drove to the speaker & waited 2 min. No one answered so I go "hello?"... min later. "Hello?". Nothing. So I go up to the window. Guy is standing there & I ask "are u open?" He said yes. Told him nobody answered at the speaker. I asked if I could get 2 frostys. Simple order right? He looked at me as if I was bothering him, gave me the total, & I asked.... "oh can I get a large water?" He then said "You can't add anything at the window". I'm thinking to myself like... he left me no choice but to order at the window because he never answered at the speaker! Is he high?!? Just plain rude & lazy. It was dead over there. No other customers.

Bunch of kids working here.. all high! Wendy’s open til 12 the drive thru was black. Had to go to window. Cooked me a horrible sandwich. Shut it down. No fresh fries.. fries been sitting for hours. Horrible.

My husband went to this location and this is the food quality we got. He waited over 10 minutes for cold fries. Fries were not even filled. He ordered the bacon and cheese fries and got no cheese sauce only over cooked bacon and a Sprinkle of shredded cheese. One of the burgers was not even wrapped all the way. No straws or napkins. Ugh. This isn't the first time with bad quality food. For expensive as this food is, it should be better quality.
