First fastfood dine in experience I had in awhile and was surprised how clean the inside of the restaurant was. The food was fresh/hot and the younger employee was very professional as he was getting an ear full from a hangry customer who had to wait 5 minutes. My only complaint is the parking lot setup is awful (dead ends in the front and you have to back out at an angle into drive thru traffic.)

This Wendy's is better than the one on Garfield & 19 Mile. I think I will return to this Schoener and Hall Rd. location for my next Wendy's food discount deal.

This Wendy's is so cheap. You pay $4.00 for a medium strawberry lemonade. If you ask for no ice, they're not allowed to fill the cup up. (((($4.00 for a medium lemonade.))))) You should be able to get a cup with no ice. You can buy a gallon of lemonade for $4.00!!!! Ridiculous. This is the only Wendy's that I know of that does this. If it's costing them that much money to where the customer can't get a full cup, maybe they should stop selling lemonade.

Do not get anything from this Wendy's location. Pre-2021/2020 they used to be amazing but they have fallen off. They make you wanna HATE Wendy’s. Resident evil food. I don’t know what happened, but they need to shut this place down and rework it.

Waited 10 minutes for my food in the drive through along with 4 other cars as well. When I finally received my food, It wasn't all there. I realized when I got home and attempted to call the resturaunt 3 times about the missing food. Nobody ever answered. Not the first time something like this has happened to me at this location.

When we arrived, no one was in line. One burger meal, one chicken sandwich meal cost almost $30! But guess what? The receipt they provide you with doesn’t show the cost of your order so you do not know if you are being over charged. We were told to pull into a parking spot and they would bring our food out to us. That is when we noticed 4 other vehicles all parked and waiting for their orders. It took 24 minutes until our food was brought out and the girl who delivered it said, “Please take the survey and give me a good review. The link is on the back of your receipt.” Seriously? When we arrived home we found food that was put together so poorly it looked disgusting and I was no longer hungry because of it. At that moment I decided I would take the survey. Guess what? Again no info on the receipt! Store #00001? Incorrect. The survey site couldn’t proceed with the info provided. That is because the owners of that location are editing the receipt output and blocking the stores franchise number along with the cost of each item and your total! Well, I have a surprise for them. Providing a receipt that has no amount of the sale tendered is illegal. Not providing your stores unique identification number is in violation of the franchise agreement. How do I know this? Wendy’s corporate customer service provided the information. I decided to call and report this location and stayed on the line until I could speak to an actual person and voiced my concerns. This location is not operating under the guidelines laid out in the franchise agreement. Questionable business practices, disgusting food, unacceptable wait times. Do you want to trust a place ran so poorly to make your food?
