Totally rude, terrible customer service. Dismissed us when we walked in to place a $40 order, told us to use the app or they wouldn't make our food. Said the same to the next person behind us, so at least I knew it wasn't just me.

we went in the store and we tried to place an order and the guy told us only online and then when we placed our order and we came back people walked in and placed a order we told him how come u make us online and the people walk in and make a order and he said because there was no cashier but he was standing right there its not the first time this same guy pissed us off.

Fuqua location Houston tx . Absolute trash, had a order not show and tried calling to ask what the issue v was doordash tells me that Wingstop cancelled the order. Ive called up there a few times to at least get a refund seeing as I never got my food nor was doordash ever able to leave with the order and I get a lie saying there isn't any sort of manager there and they cannot refund my money without the manager and I have to call back after 6. When I try to call at that time I'm repeatedly hung up on it or on hold for 45 mins then hung up on 5 days now and still haven't been able to get refund or food

Ordered 20 wings for 8:15pm, got there around 8:40, the food was still not ready. But the staff was super friendly and gave me a free drink and fries to compensate. Don't blame the ppl there, its clear that the corporate understaffed them to save cost. There was only 2 ppl working during the busy hour.

Currently dealing with food poisoning because of their poor quality of food. I have not been able to move all day and have been extremely sick. The chicken tenders came in a pool of grease just as everything else did. The wings had just about zero flavor. The fries were greasy and soggy. If you dont believe me read the rest of the reviews! This place should be shut down immediately in my honest opinion. I wish I would have read the reviews on this place before ordering. This place and the owners should be ashamed of the quality of food and service that they put out. DO NOT EAT HERE.
