Holy Moly! Our B&B served their apple Danish and it blew us away. We stopped here to buy a cheese and apple Danish. This is the best I've ever had! So tender and perfectly moist! Will drive another 3 hours to grab some more

What a treasure to have this bakery in the community for so many years. The continued high standard of their craft is amazing. We recently went, as my wife came back to the house where she grew up, just down the hill, and it was just as good for me the first time as it was for her after spending half her childhood and allowance coming here after school. Amazing staff and team and so welcoming for us to come back here.

Ir's a good bakery, not really great but the best in the area. Croissant was good but didn't have many folds so the inside pastry was missing densiry. Slightly overcooked. It's a small place but bery pleasant. Lots of sweet pastries.

I discovered Bit of Swiss some years ago from the billboards on I-94. I finally decided to stop in last year and was pleasantly surprised. The pastry are excellent and the bread they bake are outstanding. I tried to get there twice a month, it's a good 30 min drive for me, but well worth it. The bread punch card also comes in handy.
