North Atlantic cod dinner. Expensive!!! Way more expensive than anything should be on a fast food menu. Also had 0 flavor and the consistency of semi hard past. No drink, lemons were warm and cheese curds were cold... the coleslaw was good though. Extremely disappointed, the only thing the one in Stevensville Michigan does well is a butter burger.

This Culver’s location is nice. The staff are kind and slightly chatty. It’s a heavy traffic area at times so expect a bit of a wait, especially on weekends or holidays. The shaded outdoor seating and plethora of trash cans available are appreciated. The extra effort on flowers is a pretty touch for the atmosphere of the place. Overall good!

First things first — I love Culver’s. It’s always been my go-to. My family and I eat at Culver’s a lot, and typically, I spend anywhere from $30 to $60 per visit. I don’t want to take away from the many great experiences I’ve had there in the past. I’ve recommended Culver’s to countless people with a solid 10 out of 10 rating.
However, lately things have gone downhill. Multiple times now, my orders have been poorly made — even something as simple as my Double Oreo Concrete Mixer ends up feeling more like an Oreo shake. After giving several chances, I honestly feel like I’d rather drive 30 to 45 minutes to another Culver’s location just to get the quality experience I used to expect.
I’ve already shared my concerns with my network, and as of now, at least 100 of my family members and coworkers have agreed to do the same — travel to a different location. I’m continuing to spread the word to others as well.
Right now, I can’t even give this location a single star. Very distasteful service. Poor quality. Lacking professionalism. It’s clear the work ethic needs serious attention and a complete revamp.

First time visiting as a Canadian. Service is fast and friendly. Food is great, loved the burgers. Fries were good. Seeing boiled broccoli as a menu item is new to me.
It does smell a bit funny inside imo.

Culver's is a diamond in disguise for acceptance. They used my pronouns when I was out eating lunch with my aunt in Stevensville. It really made our day!
Dietary restrictions: They have limited vegetarian options being a fast food chain, yet still offer a variety of salad and other options.
Kid-friendliness: This place is known for its butter burgers and fresh frozen custard. Better than ice cream. Kids love desserts a must go to calm kids complaining etc. Year round and especially in Michigan's summer heat.

Our experience here was superb! The team was nothing but smiles and friendly. The person taking our order did a flawless job, even getting our substitutions completely correct. The kind older woman who brought our food out was personable and seemed to really enjoy her job. Our meal was correct with no problems and they gave me two salad dressings & utensils. The meal was exactly what you would expect from a Culver's and the team here was outstanding. I wish more locations where like this one- you guys did a great job making us feel welcome.
