I had a horrendous experience at this store, largely due to the appalling customer service provided by the manager, Amanda (blonde hair) and her colleague, Julie (black hair). Amanda was dismissive, rude, and completely unhelpful. Instead of addressing my concerns, she seemed more interested in chatting with her colleague. I left feeling frustrated and disrespected.

I would rate the Starbucks a 5 star place every visit except this evening. Purchase many many Trenta ice teas from Starbucks at $4.45 for black tea, water and ice knowing I can receive a refill for 50 cents in the same day. I love very close and have been doing this at least once a week since they opened when I am in town.
