Only rating/reviewing for this visit.8:34AM on Wednesday March 27th:I had a horrendous experience at this store, largely due to the appalling customer service provided by the manager, Amanda (blonde hair) and her colleague, Julie (black hair). Amanda was dismissive, rude, and completely unhelpful. Instead of addressing my concerns, she seemed more interested in chatting with her colleague. I left feeling frustrated and disrespected. After I left, I decided to call to speak to management. I asked who the manager was currently working and she again stated her name is Amanda.(They treated me so poorly. When I asked for their names I believe they gave me fake names. That’s why I have left the time, date and the color of their hair. Hopefully you can review video footage to ensure this doesn’t happen again)Thankfully, her colleagues, Rusty, Gary and Coco are always welcoming and provide outstanding service.

This is one of my favorite drinks but when you charge me for the extras and then don’t add them makes me a little sad? happened twice this week.

My daughter and I were visiting the area on Christmas weekend and stopped at this Sbux. Drinks were ready and correct at pickup and the chocolate cold foam was some of the best I've ever had in a long time.

This 'bucks is more efficient than others even though it's busy being right off the Interstate. I will venture to guess that one reason is that the workers were all adults. Not that teens aren't the best service workers, but some just aren't suited to social interaction, and if you put them together in a team, that seems to multiply their anxieties and inefficacy. Such wasn't the case here and I got my order accurately and pretty quickly. I'm sad they didn't bring back the eggnog latte, but the helpful fellow taking my order commiserated. It felt good to hear him imply he had worked there more than a year. The one thing I really don't like about Starbucks is the amount of unrecyclable waste they generate, if I'm going to sit down and drink my coffee I do wish they would serve it up in an actual ceramic or glass coffee cup.

This place CONSTANTLY runs out of breakfast food not even before NOON!! Me and my son love our weekend Starbucks breakfast trips and this store always fails when it comes to us. Honestly might start considering different weekend breakfasts trips instead of this place.

Let me preface this by saying, I'm not a coffee drinker. I had stopped in to use the restroom after catching a quick, refreshing nap at the park n' ride lot across the street on my long drive back home to WI (my eyes were feeling heavy and like they could easily close) and figured I could use some caffeine. I asked the barista what she would recommend for someone who hates the taste of coffee. She asked if I liked tea, which I do like most that I've tried. She recommended a Chai Tea Latte, which ended up being pretty good! Not sure I'd routinely spend $5+ on what was the smallest size, but if I can figure out how to make it at home, it's something I'd drink regularly.
