I've never had a worse experience at fast food then this McDonald's sitting in a Drive-Thru line for 20 minutes to pick up an order that I ordered through the app. Get the food it's incorrect and the fries are cold.

Tried to get lunch there today the manager kept pulling tickets off the screen so the line times looked good ... 2 people in the dining room 4 in drive thru and it took 15 minutes for them to mess my order up... I asked them to fix it and hey please hurry as I had had 10 minutes left on my lunch break when I was told I'd need to wait agian.... after 20 minutes total I asked for a refund as I had spent my lunch watching her push out only drive thru orders.

To the young bossy lady with the lopsided hair. The customer is always right and I would refrain from telling customers they cannot take condiments sitting on the counter. I will go somewhere else next time. How ironic since I posted this review and called corporate the lady with the lopsided hair called me. Se started with "I'm calling you but I don't know what you want" and quickley went to "the customer is NOT always right". What a shift from the days when we worked hard to make every customer satisfied.I have yet to hear from someone above the store level.

Their a little slow probably a staffing issue but the food is always hot and correct which is more than I can say about other stores
10 minutes and they could not manage to put 2 hamburger patties into a container and put two pieces of meat and cheese on a bun…. Fricken ridiculous

There would ideally be a separate rating scale for fast food. Is the food quality consistent with other McDonald's? (5 star == meets expectation) Is the service polite? (5 star service) is the restaurant clean? (5 star atmosphere). No, this McDonald's is not a Michelin-star restaurant, but it does consistently deliver the McDonald's experience I expect.

Dude I got the breakfast meal and it was a slimy square piece of egg with a sausage patty on top. I touched it and could not eat it I threw it out of my window so fast. Literally almost costed me my relationship.
