Absolutely horrible. Do not go here. Takes 30 minutes for a large coke. Last time I ate there there was hair in my Big Mac and I brought it in and the manager wouldn’t even give me my money back. If I could leave a negative rating I would.

They seen black folks and made us wait 30-45 mins for our food and they accepted and served multiple people in front of us. Lots of middle aged people who told me to order on the kiosk then turned and took someone else’s order. This is sad and needs to be looked upon this isn’t right

I ordered 2 deluxe mccrispy, gold edition meals. It did not come with bacon or cheese. When I called and told them they said they wrote it down, and that I would need to come back to say something further, but I do not go to that mcdonald's, nor do I live around there. And when I asked why they could not do anything about it, I was met with aggression. And then when I asked his name, because I was going to go to the g, m, like I was told he had hung up on me. Worst service possible i waited in line for like thirty minutes for that sandwich just to come out messed up or sandwiches.

Whoever this owner is needs to do a way better job staffing. To lazy employees to ridiculously long drive through times. I've placed mobile orders 3 separate times and have had to go into the actual mcds because they cant find my order. Only mcds I've ever had this issue with. Either the owner needs to quit being lazy or let someone else buy it up. Give us a Wendy's instead or something this place blows

The worst possible service I have ever gotten here was today! Took forever to get through the drive-through nobody there but me and it ended up taking me 25 minutes to get my order and get out of there. The girl had trouble with the register I had to give it to her twice. Did not apologize at all for holding me up. Going to be late to my job. It was absolutely ridiculous. The service there today they better step up or get out.

Ok I wanted to try the New CHICKEN STRIPS!! I don’t normally order their chicken due to the ingredients in the patties. At a cost of almost $12, the strips were just awful!! Tasted very “GAMEY”, wild. Stringy and the coating is a cross between corn meal and flour. I offered to my husband because he likes chicken strips. He spit it out saying, that is not chicken!! Agreed!!

Ok I wanted to try the new McCrispy Chicken Strips. DON’T!! I don’t eat MacDonalds chicken products due to the ingredients. I bought the strips because it was a new item that may actually be chicken. It was AWFUL!! Horrific GAMEY and WILD tasting. The coating is a mixture of perhaps corn meal and flour. Under cooked in my opinion. My husband likes strips so I gave it to him. He couldn’t even swallow it. They should stick with the McNuggets and Hamburgers!!
