The 2 gentleman working the drive thru windows were great. They spoke loudly and friendly and acted as though they wanted to be at work. Top notch who ever these fellas were working at 1:30 on 6/24 deserve some praise for making a great experience for customers.
There would ideally be a separate rating scale for fast food. Is the food quality consistent with other McDonald's? (5 star == meets expectation) Is the service polite? (5 star service) is the restaurant clean? (5 star atmosphere). No, this McDonald's is not a Michelin-star restaurant, but it does consistently deliver the McDonald's experience I expect.
The Stockbridge, MI McDonald's is great. Granted, they are sometimes slow, but they work very hard and always very friendly. Our local teens who work there are always smiling and kind, and the building us always clean.
