Terrible Company – Avoid at All Costs

This company is poorly managed and doesn’t care about its customers or employees. Whether it’s a Burger King or now rebranded as Arby’s, it’s the same ownership just hiding behind a new name. The quality and service haven't improved – if anything, they’ve gotten worse. Save your time and money and support businesses that actually value their community. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

The lady taking the orders was very nice and just an incredible person. Saying this because her manager on duty had a big attitude anytime a question was asked of her.

My order was made incorrectly. Stood and waited for the customer in front of me for over 5 minutes as employees including the manager just walked past or looked at me and left me standing and waiting.

We went there last night (7/2) around 10pm, several hours before they closed, and waited in the drive thru for 10 minutes with no response. We tried to go through again in case the sensors were just acting funny and same situation. We then tried to call and it automatically went to voicemail. Kind of disappointed is all.

Can anyone explain why coupons are never accepted for online ordering? Why even send them out if you can't use them.

Food was good. Order was correct. Staff was nice. Drive through was a little slow but it was just one customer that was having issues with their order.

Got a meal of a buffalo chicken sandwich and potatoe cakes. It seems the grease had gone bad. The potatoe cakes were over cooked and had a strange flavor. My chicken sandwich had a nasty flavor making the whole meal inedible
