paid 4$ for a drink with no ice wasn’t told about it till after paying. then when asking for a few extra ranch cups. which i would have paid for she said 2 was more than enough

I waited 25 mins in line to get what I didn't order. First it started when I ordered a natural lemonade and they gave me a strawberry lemonade. No big deal. But then I get back to work to find my sandwich is not what I ordered. I paid for half pound and they gave me a single beef and cheddar. Short story is I paid extra or more food and got less for what I paid. Tried calling them and no answer.

I don't always stop by this particular Arby's establishment, but it has great food as the others. I did find it comfortable and relaxing as the place was a cool break from the heat. The food was hot and fresh, and no issues with receiving my order correctly. The employees were kind, respectful and patient while I placed my order. My fiancee and I were treated very kindly as neither of us knew any of the employees personally but were treated as a friend. I enjoyed the laughter between the employees as this shows to me they enjoy their job. I am in the process of looking for some temporary part-time work and may consider working here. If you're looking for a relaxing lunch or dinner then this Arby's is all you need. You may also enjoy a few hours of shopping within the nearby stores. Parking is easy in and out, traffic is low and easy manageable. The most important thing for you to take from this review is how friendly the employees are, how clean this particular Arby's is, and how comfortable the employees are that work there. I'd easily give this Arby's restaurant a 5+ star rating.
