My wife and I went to this store today (Sturgis Michigan) at about 11:30 am. We passed by and said, "Let us give this pace a try because we have never been to a Bixbys." We walked in, and they gave us a greeting that really is so impersonal. When we walked in the door one of the two girls said, "Hi," but never looked at us. We were the only two people inside the store. The whole time we were there, they talked about someone in the drive-through. They said, is that her? They talked trash about her but never talked to us. After 10 minutes, we walked out. I doubt that I will ever visit a Bixbys again.

What can I say about this place not much, there was only three ladies working on a busy Sunday morning. First there is 2 twenty something year olds working that don’t know how to make coffee at all and the older lady who I think might have been the manger wasn’t any better. They didn’t fill my cup all the way up add whip cream when I didn’t even ask for it, coffee wasn’t even hot.
Young lady over the intercom was very willing to take your order, and just as nice at the window to greet you a second time. Well worth the stop.

They had great customer service and their lattes are hot and full of flavor! I am not the type that freqently buys coffee, but nothing beats a nice hot drink from Biggby before getting some work done.

Got to the location at 6:38, they claimed they dump out all hot coffee an hour before close. This is more than an hour before close, this is the second time they have done this. They apologized saying they were "so sorry". If youre so sorry, stop dumping the coffee out.
