This is the second time in less than a month I’ve tried to come here, and both times I left frustrated. I came in on a Sunday morning (around 11:00) and stood inside for 10 minutes without anyone helping me. Meanwhile, staff were moving cars quickly through the drive-thru, but completely ignored me inside. The same thing happened the last time I tried to come here.
I’ve never even been able to get served once. Terrible customer service. I will never come back.

I had to put my beautiful dog down on Saturday and took him for a pup cup. This is what they did for him! So a huge thanks! Sorry I tried to post a Pic but it was a huge pup cup with all kinds of dog treats in it!

My wife and I went to this store today (Sturgis Michigan) at about 11:30 am. We passed by and said, "Let us give this pace a try because we have never been to a Bixbys." We walked in, and they gave us a greeting that really is so impersonal. When we walked in the door one of the two girls said, "Hi," but never looked at us. We were the only two people inside the store. The whole time we were there, they talked about someone in the drive-through. They said, is that her? They talked trash about her but never talked to us. After 10 minutes, we walked out. I doubt that I will ever visit a Bixbys again.
